I gotta say, skipping breakfast at starting to eat at 13h00 is a terrible plan. I started that after rapid weight gain and wanting rapid weight-loss and the habit put another 100 lbs on me over 10 years. Learning to eat healthy in the AM and focus on meals rather than emergency binges really saved my life. I rode 50 km on my bike today and I feel great. 125 lbs down from my highest weight and looking to take 20 more lbs off this summer.
Personally fasting 2pm to 10pm works for me. I’m not really a breakfast person and I’m not just gonna eat for the sake of it. I think most people should fast since it might not necessarily lose weights but it will make you healthier and feel better since your body actually has time to rest and isn’t in a constant state of digestion. The problem is when fat people fast they see the 8 hour fasting window as some sort of challenge to get as many calories as they can in to last them the other 16hrs 😂
@@w7n424 I've done a few 36 hour fasts. I find that eating in a 10 hour window, and fasting the other 14, is quite easy if I eat substantial (still healthy and balanced) meals. I think you are right - we shouldn't be in a constant state of digestion. Our innards do need regular rest.

This plan is actually highly recommended by doctors who encourage the fasting method of achieving weight loss and overall health obtained by eating twice a day.
After smoking weed a decent amount last year, I decided to take a massive T break. I'm one month sober, and now I kind of don't want to go back to using weed because it's taken so much effort to get over the hump. My sleep is still fucked though
Joes aged a lot since this! He's looking young here. How long ago was this? Maybe 6 years ago? And yeah i know it was just after Sober October but he looked more or less the same before. It just goes to show how much 5 years make a difference as you age. I'm 41 and i look like a piece of shit about 2 steps from a coffin compared to what i looked like at 36 😆
Old clip but this resonates alot with me, my uncle told me years ago that if your not waking up hungry your eating to much. You should always wake up hungry. Works for my body type I know if I'm hungry in the morning I'm doing it right

Joey has a very good point of u go 29 days without smoking why go back to it ? Honestly ur just gonna keep repeating a cycle u have fun with ur weed in your teens and maybe till ur late 20’s then cut it out when u have kids and have a family but don’t become a driinker lol just start taking low doses of edibles every now and then as an adult
