That's my shit .. did u see the cartoon when he was beefing with o.j Simpson and o.j left him on the moon.. black dynamite threw a rock at earth while he was on the moon and he made it back to earth ..him and o.j was fighting all of a sudden !!u heard a loud noise coming and a moon rock came through the ceiling and hit o.j and black dynamite hollered haha I threw that shit b4 I left the moon😂😂😂
@kenkashikovacs Yes. If they are calm under stress, that means they are confident they can handle business. People who start getting loud and getting amped up are doing so to convince themselves

@@sheikhfahad2436 he never said he came up with it, he says while giving the example “a lot of fighters like to telegraph their punches/strikes” then proceeds to teach as Bruce Lee or any Martial Artist would
@@liquidjackson7172hell no this is a horrible take his physique and personality does not fit black panther whatsoever it would just be another Dwayne Johnson effect 😭😭
@@ronrr2334 its telegraphing, when you show yourself prepping and moving for a punch its expected. If you don't telegraph your hit they wont see it coming
1. Timing 2. Technique 3. Mirroring 4. Reflex training 5. Relax vs stiff Relax vs stiff is the most important lesson. When you're stiff your throwing hard or fast you body tenses up. Being relaxed is the key to fighting.
Cap, he's demonstrating telegraphing. He knew that Kimbo would instinctively move in a set pattern of left and right or vice-versa. After he sees the first and second dodges, he telegraphed which direction Kimbo's hand would move for the 3rd.
@@elnino5370do you know what telegraphing means? If so you would know the OP’s comment is saying what MJW is doing IS demonstrating what telegraphing is with his shoulder 😂. YOUR description of telegraphing is way off. What you’re talking about is anticipating someone’s next move based on a pattern you noticed which is NOT the same as telegraphing. If Kimbo hadn’t even moved yet before the 3rd strike was thrown, he had telegraphed nothing yet.
@@snakeinthegrak8969 nice way to twist the narrative, he put up a sign saying take a punch for $100 back in the day, turns out the only people that signed up were homeless. dont be a sheep they got what they wanted and got paid for it
@@Moose16287 I'm not twisting anything. Everyone got what they wanted. His "want" just happened to be punching people smaller and weaker than himself.AKA he was a pussy.
@@oliver5479 Of course he can beat Tyson. He also said he could beat Bruce Lee, and Steven Seagal. So what? When you know you're good at something doesn't mean you want a reputation.
yeah bro Michael Jai White was my pick for the next Black Panther if Marvel ever did a recast, that guy knows how to shoot a fight scene. Blood and Bone was just *chef's kiss* Edit: bruh I've found the one thing that YT commenters can agree on without arguing lmao
The cool thing is, just like that Kimbo video, a lot of Blood and Bone centered around telegraphing moves and countering. In the movie it'd show Mjw studying their telegraphs and baiting them to counter

Monks are actually kind of pussies 🤷♂️ All show and no go. A berserker, assuming you mean like a Viking berserker, would absolutely demolish a Monk. You put 10 monks against one Kimbo Slice in hand to hand and I'm putting all my money on the berserker. You put MJW in against the Monks and Kimbo then I'm cheering "Spawny Spawny he's our man!"😅
@@simpletitleholder I do know they fight. But if you want proof look up videos of MMA fighters vs Monks. I have yet to see a video where a Monk comes out on top 🤷♂️ And when it comes to a berserker, by definition a berserker is a freakishly large human warrior and a berserker would see sometimes daily combat. Size and experience overcome flashy moves for self defense everyday of the week 🤷♂️
I love Michael Jai White’s work. He’s a great actor and a legit fighter. I watch anything and everything I know about with him in it. I love Blood And Bone. Such a good movie.
They need to make a movie about kimbo. His story is 1 in a 10 million maybe. Came in to ufc made no excuses and fought the toughest guys on show. He showed heart and never gave up. Rip kimbo slice
It sucks that Michael Jai White wasn’t in that action/martial arts movie frenzy of the 80’s. He never received the credit that he definitely could have. I Iove that he is legit, and enjoy going back over his movie catalog. Only person that could fill in on a “Blade”reboot
MJW’s martial arts resume is out of this world. His experience and size are a huge factor as well for sure; but his knowledge of explosive technique is genuinely why I’ve been a fan for years. He’s a genius.
Bruce Lee’s the real deal. His daughter tells a story in her book Be Water My Friend in which he was challenged to a fight for his dojo or gym or whatever he called it and he had the other guy full on running away from him. Sure a lot of his stuff is dramatized in movies but he was the real deal.
@@logan.-.2125 so you tell me a story, written by his own daughter, is a valid source? You realize B Lee is literally the only modern Martial artist who s credibility only requires "oh someone said he was good so it must be true" 😂?
He literally gave him the heads up.. "Alright, now here's the 3rd on" reminded him "again, don't let me hit it" and still caught Kim off guard 🥶 MJW is a bad mf
Fighters are trained to look at the body to see where a punch is coming from. Kimbo was a street fighter and probably did that unconsciously. Al Mjw did was was throw 2 punches with his body and one with just his arm. Once you get the trick, it won't work. MJW is a martial artist, not a fighter and people need to understand that. Also in multiple interviews he's shown to have an ego the size of a mountain. He's annoying and thinks that if he and Mike Tyson were in their primes that he'd win.
@@tw0crows74 just check up on interviews where he is asked about Seagal and Bruce just for an example. But if you watch his competition videos before he made it as an actor you'll realise he may not be discrediting them but answering truely from his own perspective and he also may not be arrogant but rightfully confident in his abilities.
Kyokushin breeds some really good striking coaches. Not always the best fighters but they understand the timing and body mechanics of striking really well
I was only able to beat that game with him On ps1-2 which ever one It was He was being tortured forced to have his arms in those wheels over some debt or something. He payed the price
Yup, it's called telegraphing, one of the first things you learn not to do when you learn how to spar, long before you ever get to 1st degree. Obvious lesson, but tricky to learn to not to do it consistently when under pressure.
@@foytfire6005 It wasn’t a lesson to display power. It was a display of telegraphing. Telegraphing is basically having your movements be an easy read to your opponent, making them more able to adapt and counter. That third strike he did so slow to prove a point of how effective a non telegraphed punch can be. Michael Jai White is an actual Top tier GOAT of a fighter and can almost definitely perform in an actual fight with 0 telegraphing even while under stress. Other words, he can throw that same, virtually unreadable, punch with enough power to slack your whole jaw. 🤷♂️
Yes and No. Yes, I would like to see him do stuff like being the next Blade and No, I don't want to see him do something that make his image worst. I'm hardly digesting him in Tyler Perry movies (something off putting with Tyler Perry movies since he got bigger.) but its good variety for his acting skills at least. Good on him.
There's a video of him out there talking about closing distance and side kicking a heavy bag and I shit you not he literally does the Johnny Cage shadow kick, hard. It's fucking insane.
@leonhart6957 John is alive and dead until they decide if they're making another sequel with him. If they do? He's alive. If not? He dead. Schrodinger's John.

Had an old west professor from Harvard once say "the difference between Billy the Kid and Doc Holiday and the people they killed wasn't that they were super fast, nor are they as fast as many of our trickshooters today. It was the willingness to kill and you can see that in a man's eyes which was why they were so feared."
Some of the most dangerous people I've ever met, have been the quiet and totally unassuming ones. They don't need to announce they're badass they already know that they are.
But what about Mike tyson back in the days he definitely wasn't quiet and he was very dangerous. I just think the quiet ones are more snappy then the ones who talk a lot. You have those who let loose and those who hold things in.
