Without question he is one of if not the most approachable star out there. I had a chat with him at Gold's gym and he was saying how the public made him who he is and he appreciates it and makes sure they know it!
Ron Vaughn lol, love it when I find RU-vid frustrated low life people like you. The guy met the rock probably cause he has a life n goes out a bit. On the other hand, u meet only people on the internet.
He makes sure to let everyone know that with out them there is no him! The other stars just ignores the people! That the difference between the Rock and other stars!
@It doesn’t matter What your name is Bruv he’s a comedian who lives in the UK and was high out of his mind here. He has no needs to be the Rock, his job is to crack funny jokes, period.
Dave Batiste worked out at my gym for a few months while filming Gaurdians2. Yeah I wanted a pic but so many people bothered him he couldn't get a work out in so I didn't want to bother him. Seems like a good dude but I felt sorry for his work out 💪
I was Dwayne Johnsons security at super bowl 37 and joe is 100% correct. Managers at the restaurant we were eating at were even begging him for pics and autographs.
It's unbelievable because The Rock don't need no security, he just drops the people's elbow on anyone getting out of hand. But no, seriously, being The Rock has serious upsides, taking a few pictures with fans doesn't seem like a bad deal.
Joel T I feel you.. UFC used to have their fighters roam around post fights ( I haven't been to fight in 10 years. ) I just sat down post fight and let them chase men for 3 hours.
joe roegan has always been kinda "JAAAAAACKED" too hasnt he? i mean his muscles arent like BULGING but hes pretty buff compared to any average american
OUTDOORLIFE VIRGINIA im from the state's you fuckin goof ball. We are the second highest obese country right behind mexico.. don't act like when you go to Wal-Mart or to an outdoor event like a concert of 4th of July fireworks and not notice how every fuvking body is overweight.. idk why you are trying to sugar coat it.. we as a nation have a serious obesity problem.. idk why you all mad and shit.. and im 6ft 180... far from fat and I hit the gym daily . I'm a lean muscle fit guy.. Got a swimmers body.. not a rock or Arnold type buikd.. and everyone where i work or the majority are fat.
OUTDOORLIFE VIRGINIA yea.. you ever watch the fucking Olympics.. swimmers body is a lean skinny body you fucking moron.. not that hard of a concept to grasp .. and you can chose to believe that im overweight if you want.. it would just add to my point that Americans are overweight you fucking clown.
Obviously this dude doesnt like the rock. How is the rock doing rows on a machine in sweats, showing off? Cant even see how much he was lifting. This guy is just jealous
He's not annoyed that the Rock is at a rowing machine... he's annoyed that he's posting it on Insta. That's kinda the definition of showing off. I have an Instagram, and I'll confess, all that platform is for is showing off. There was a time in my life where I used Instagram for that purpose.
@@FreekinEkin2 If Instagram pays you 650K PER POST, how many times would you find a reason to post? www.businessinsider.com/how-much-celebrities-make-on-instagram-2018-7#6-dwayne-the-rock-johnson-650000-per-post-6
Rock is definitely waaaay heavier than 250, he was over that number when he was wrestling and now he's obviously bigger. He has to be around 280 easily!
Nick P. 265 He was 290 in college, then cut down to 275 for wrestling. Then continued to cut until he left for movies. Then bulked back up to 265. He just looks bigger because he has a lot less fat.
In the WWE (WWF) they over exaggerate their wrestler's weights all the time. In Fast 8 I believe he officially said that he weighed about 280 lbs and that's about the biggest we've ever seen him so wrestling he was probably around 240-250 if you compare the size difference. Otherwise by the logic of him being waaaaay heavier than 250 while wrestling that would put him above 300lbs in Fast 8 which is ridiculous.
Electromagnet games if you're referring to his billed weight from the WWE, those aren't actually accurate, especially since they've been the same since pretty much the beginning of his career, when he was much smaller.
Idk if its just me but I’m hella motivated by the rock. I feel empowered rather than put down like the guest today. It really shows how heavily a negative mindset impacts your will and drive to achieve more
Guy 1: Hey man I read a book today Guy 2: Hey man I’ve been writing poetry all day Guy 3: Hey man I’ve been writing songs Joe: Okay! Okay! But have you put in the same amount of effort into being whatever you want as The Rock done in being the ultimate meat head. Lmao!!!
Big fan of Joe and his approach to life, also massive fan of the rock, not just because he is jacked but he’s focused and still a nice guy. A lot of successful people i have ever met are focused at the cost of still being a decent human being, fair play to the rock for earning every cent of his wealth and to Joe too for making these things interesting and for his MMA commentary which is the best in the business
Crazy how you can see the two different reactions to the rock. joe is inspired and wants to work harder, the other guy is annoyed and seems upset at the rocks work ethic.
But that's also exactly why he'll never have a fraction of the success the Rock has had. He's sleeping while the Rock is working. He's talking s*** online while the Rock is making Blockbuster movies and hundreds of millions of dollars annually.
Its fine. its nice to have a different perspective. I think Joe and the guest are perfect representation of majority of the guys- Either enamored or jealous of Rock. I'd rather have two opposing opinions having respectful conversation rather than both fawning or bitching about Rock.
Mighty Mouse Johnson is the best fighter in the world, pound for pound. Ants are the strongest animals in the world, pound for pound. Neither of which pose any physical threat to men of average size and build, which is why most people wont pay money to watch either fight.
Bryan Taylor good analogy....hes like the tallest midget ...who cares...i havent been 125 lbs since around grade 3. Plus his fights are boring af..now he has the nerve to refuse reaal competition.( dillashaw) so yea that p4p best talk is str8 bullshit....idc if he defends his midget belt 100 times...zzzzzzzzz...jon jones easily the best to ever do it and p4p actually means something w jon..cause its actually relevant that he fighting men of a normal size and weight not 4 foot 9 midgets .
Mighty mouse fights are far from boring, it's an absolute display of skill and ability. Furthermore, if you think that your average sized ass or even 200lb ass could on your best day come close to defending yourself against him I would LOVE to watch that.
what the rock is actually doin on the rowing macjine is actually pulling the other side of the earth to him then pushin it back....thats why we have tidal changes, itsd the rocks fault
makesomebacon I doubt The Rock is even 6'2. There's a photo of Shaq, Charles Barkley, Mark Wahlberg and The Rock taken during a workout. The Rock is way shorter than Barkley. Sir Charles is quoted as 6'4 & a half. www.google.com.au/imgres?imgurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcdn.smosh.com%2Fsites%2Fdefault%2Ffiles%2Fftpuploads%2Fbloguploads%2Fshaq-celebs-therock.jpg&imgrefurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.smosh.com%2Fsmosh-pit%2Farticles%2F21-photos-celebs-standing-next-shaq&docid=PD1AyjJZfqkxBM&tbnid=3dvd-P8ocaCPqM%3A&vet=10ahUKEwi_oLf0lsHVAhXCE5QKHdjwBFcQMwgvKAAwAA..i&w=500&h=308&bih=511&biw=360&q=shaq%20the%20rock&ved=0ahUKEwi_oLf0lsHVAhXCE5QKHdjwBFcQMwgvKAAwAA&iact=mrc&uact=8
Matthew Sharp Rock is always shorter when he's photographed in the middle. He was photographed in between Goldberg and Austin and he appeared shorter, but he's not.
Who cares? I'm 6'5'' and it's not even big. I drive a Smart car and am "all legs" as they say. I sit shorter than a few people, even though I am taller then them.
Two types of people here 1) the one who sees success/greatness/the thing you want, and becomes motivated to go work for it themself (or at least a little bit) 2) the one who sees everything they want but realizes it would be too hard and retreats/makes fun of/down plays the greatness to make themself feel better.
Love the Rock, great personality, motivator for sure, driven all the way - he's a beast. But I fear he'll be the next on the list of Achievers to die of a "heart attack" in the near future...
