Why does everyone say this? Klatt is a college football game day analyst. He doesn’t have time for a daily 3 hour show on TV. He breaks down film, talks with players, talks with scouts, interviews coaches, then comes on once a week to obliterate Colin. Stop asking for a show with them two. It shouldn’t and won’t happen.

@@slitherdown8556 it won’t happen but to categorically dismiss it is breathtakingly absurd. True chemistry is a rare commodity and networks routinely concepts with a fraction of Colin/Klatt potential. Obviously Klatt’s schedule and focus would shift somewhat if he decided to take advantage of the opportunity. The ACTUAL reason it would never happen is Cowherd’s extreme level of success as a solo radio host coupled with his desire to spend time away in Utah and eventually retire. He wouldn’t want the extra work.

Not enough CFB talk on the national media don’t you think? I would love to hear more of it by the bigger shows and not just shows specifically aimed at CFB. I think it must be because the national shows are all about ONLY what they think the majority of the biggest markets care about, and since the northeast doesn’t care about college football, they just don’t talk about it. It’s too bad. I’ve lived in the northeast my whole life and it was always weird to me ever since I found football as a kid that eveyone around here loves the NFL so much but not CFB. It goes to show how selfish they( we) are. They don’t have the ability to appreciate great football, they only care if THEIR team is great. Since we don’t have great college teams around here, they can’t waste time with the great players from across the country becusdr it’s not about THEM

Well, Wolverines don't have to play them for a long time... and Michigan absolutely pulverized them last year in the Big House, so we can at least hold that over ND's head for a long time. Neither coach is likely to be at their respective current schools the next time they meet (sometime in the 2030s last I heard). Just depressing that Harbaugh can't seem to get very good recruits to be coached up and properly prepared for this stage. Lots of mistakes, no fire, opponents that can now pick apart their weaknesses. Harbaugh has had flashes of brilliance, but for whatever reason, he's not making positive progress anymore.

Brian Kelly went 4-8 in 2016, his sixth season at Notre Dame, and many were calling for his firing. He fired his defensive coordinator and look where they are now. May not be over for Harbaugh

This is Cowherds best segment every week. I would say that it should happen more often, but I think it would dilute the content. Even though I wish it was everyday, it’s better that it’s once a week. Colin is on record several times saying “bama is done” and “the game has passed Saban by”. Saban has given him no choice but to eat those words. He is one of the most adaptable coaches in the game today. This is not a new issue. Personalities from other parts of the country have discriminated against teams from the south since the beginning of college ball. He has softened his view I think, but I still think he has it in him, but he has come around some so I have to give it up to him for adjusting his opinion.

I like all 6 of these QBs. But what about Jamie Newman? We have forgotten about him cuz he transferred to Georgia then opted out and is heading to NFL. He was a monster at Wake Forest and going to Georgia everyone was projecting him as a 1st rounder, likely a top 15 pick, now as all these other guys play and he doesn't he is falling and being forgotten, but trust me he is gonna go to NFL and be a stud

Kirby is a really good coach he just whiffed by letting Fields leave. What you see now is the consequences of that. With that said for the most part his teams have been very disciplined and well coached compared to what Georgia has before. He just needs to get the QB right

I’d coach student athletes for a fraction of the money as opposed to the nfl. Players are way overpaid kindergartens only worried about their “brand”. Why would they listen to a coach that doesn’t make near what they make. Also, When something doesn’t go their way. They run to the general manager or the owner. Joe is absolutely on point about being a college coach. Awesome show

Clemson is in a unique position vis a vis Notre Dame. If there's a rematch, and, if, they get all their players back, they probably risk being overconfident. Watch out!
