This is what REAL cuisine is, Joel Robuchon was named "Chef of the Century" for a reason, and is the only chef to ever hold 31 Michelin stars, the most ever awarded. He was a culinary genius, a true master of his craft. Nowadays we have idiots like Salt Bae who think slapping 1$ gold leaf onto a steak makes it worth 2,000$
He made his fortune by underpaying his staff and sometimes cheat them with money and abuses,he might be great chef but definitely was terrible human being and a crook
That's a different experience worth trying. I'm not go say it's to expensive because quality is an expense. Pay some money sometimes and stop being cheap cheap.
@@jerryseinfeld6767 disgusting ? For what ? They deserve it because they worked hard for it. Same applies for the kids that inherit since their parents worked hard to leave them an easy and restful life. If you’re mad you don’t live in this kind of a world, build it yourself. But don’t get mat at other for their hard work you didn’t produce.
You can always say beforehand at restaurants like these if you have allergies or if there are specific ingredients you simply don’t like. They are happy 99% of the time to cut it out of the menu for you and give you a new course. That other 1% is for people who take it too far, like those who go to sushi restaurants and are vegans or have shellfish allergies. You just can’t do that and expect accommodations😂 But if you don’t like caviar, nobody will force you to eat it, and most of these restaurants have vegetarian menus😉
@@trampingwithcosmo6848 That's just unfortunate for you. Wine is a universal human invention for a reason. Don't use it heavily, but use it on special occasion.
@@trampingwithcosmo6848dude thinks he’s some Tier 1 operator. If you drink to be inebriated… then you have problems. However, some can drink plenty and still be aware. One of my client’s husbands was Mossad and was taught to drive and drink while maintaining focus in the event you’re ever drugged.
@@DriftingEvolution as stated above I don’t drink at all. I have no interest in it. It’s a waste of time and money. I have no issue with someone drinking if that’s what they want to do but it’s not for me. Not sure why that bothers you so much.
I was there a week ago, I was TOO full by the end of meal, definitely not something one can afford regularly but once in a lifetime experience, go for it!
