So the first minute is just "focus on the right things" And in a startup / software company, the right thing is the product, the customers. He's also basically saying "don't procrastinate" It's like, you know what you need to do, but you're dragging your feet on it, or getting distracted, or need to take care of yourself better so you can actually focus better, or whatever. Actually focusing is difficult and requires a lot of conscious effort, that over many years become great habits
