Subzero Lol I was thinking from my personal experience when I knew nothing. I took win alone for cutting and I did get tight and looked good. Again I was already in great shape so maybe that's why it did work. Now a days I wouldn't even waste my time without test,I did test alone as well and gained 10lbs lean.Again Im already in decent shape 5'10 175 before.185lbs after.
