@@mjh5437 it wasn’t an actual person, it was a mass on his back that he had removed when he was an infant. Mickey is 3 years younger then Joey

No, Joey was actually their first drummer while Tommy was still just their manager. Problem was he drummed so hard he broke the kits. After auditioning numerous replacements for whom Tommy demonstrated the style they were hoping for, he decided to take over the job himself.

As much as I love the Ramones, Joey's voice was kinda wasted with them. I wish he had more time to focus on solo stuff because he had so much potential and those albums would have been amazing. He had a great voice
