@@obriyilmaz8792 we all know they're more talented, but that's not why the don't play zone. changes in rule such as no hand check no back down, etc. slow the game down and that doesn't sell tickets plus nba players are babies, can't be coached and don't want to work that hard on both sides of the cour(conserve energy; star power/big names)
Almost every shot catch and shot - most of it seems very good shots if half of it go in this zone in big trouble. So much energy for a zone to give up catch and shot.
Yeah this is at the highest level (kinda) if you do this right below college, that should never happen. The guy down low (warrior) should take away every corner 3
Well I think the idea is to use this zone when you have great athletes to create turnovers and youre betting on the other team missing some open shots (probably corner 3s). It works in HS really well for that reason because the shooting is usually so poor. I imagine that HS and college shooting is improving but this zone creates turnovers and fast break opportunities but this zone is amazing if you’ve got long athletes and opponents who struggle shooting.
