really enjoyed seeing the 1010 actually doing dozer stuff without conking out keep up these styles of vids your own style but with good content like andrew you will keep me watching for awhile
Farness and patience with the old girl she will treat you right don't rush her running way better 😍😍😍😍😍😍I wish I could own one in that good a shape for our antique equipment shows that John Deer is beautiful
Superb Dave, you got it running better than Andrew ever did...lol. To be honest, it is doing a good job. Yes it has its limitations, but it can move dirt. Someone can buy the dozer do the job they need doing and sell it on for what they paid for it...
6/27/23;..at last you got that old gasoline 1010 Dozer to run 'even' & not keep 'surging'/starve for gas. That engine back-n-forth was just not right. Your carb adjustments + live video of Dozer actually working/pushing piles of compacted dirt should act as proof that this unit is functional. Good luck on your selling it....go get something a bit bigger..let AC advise you...maybe a CAT D4 or D6 depending on your needs/calls for dirt/gravel roads etc. Nice clear day for video & great to-the-point verbal commentary. Stay safe & carry on!👍🍺😊
Super Dave! Sorry, but there was a cable show starring Super Dave Osborne, many years ago. You’re not crazy like him. Thanks for your wrenching videos.
honestly? just keep it, it's old to the point it's antique...it can still do a day's work but it's put in it's years at the factory and it's ready for it's gold watch and can of primo starter fluid. would love to see it polished up and go on a tractor ride during fourth of july or something.
She runs good now,I'd do a Lil TLC to it. A fuel filter, rebuild the carb, change engine oil, trans oil, final drive oil & hydraulic oil. New ponts, cap & roter, plugs & wires. A little maintenance will go along ways to help it run smoothly & last longer.
Much ,much better with that small adjustment you did. But a total rebuild of the carb would be sweet. I didn't think anyone could be tougher on there equipment than Andy C.
Works like it should! It sounds like the carb internals are worn out. Seats and jets aren’t controlling fuel flow and air mixture efficiently. Also have you checked valve clearances?
Was down in Freehold the other day and saw one of your dumpsters! Didn’t realize you were around those parts but I guess it makes sense seeing how you know Andrew lol
That's running a little bit better now. I whould say if it ever had a big problem again instead of selling it try to find a little kubtoa 3 cylinder or 2 cylinder dissel to swap in there make a good project 👍
Funny I haw a 1010 I personally restored it myself it's very reliable only difference between mine and yours is I have a 6 way hydraulic blade I recommend going through the carb do the clutch and it'll be good don't be like Andrew and nixxer rig everything.
@@Dumpster_Dave $13K for that light duty trailer? That's absolutely ridiculous. Prices for everything now are in la la land. I can't wait for the correction.
Hey Dave just got done watching your video bro I was checking to see if you want to get rid of that old John Deere tractor let me know I might be interested if the price ain't 20 million lol thank you
