This is for the most part a raw set-for-set recap of Branch and Johnnie's shoulder training. What is not shown are the "warm up" sets leading to the heavy sets and dropsets. Regardless of what these guys do, you should train on your own level and with form that compliments your own physical conditioning and goals.
