The real take home message with these guys is: TRAIN WITH INTENSITY! One has to train with intensity in order to get results regardless of weight. These guys train heavy but with lighter weight still one has to hit it hard to get good results, having good form goes w/o saying.
don't forget that branch placed 2nd at 2009 Mr.Olympia so that shit form works for him ... worry about your own bodies u have no right to talk about their form ... if u perform exercises in good form then make ur bodies better than them nd then upload ur videos just like them ....
It's crazy how people want to sit here and criticize about them not using proper form and throwing weights around but they're doing something right cuz obviously they're professional bodybuilders
The thing is: if it works and do not hurt them it is fine. However, if their form hurt you, go to strict form like many other pro bbs. Each body works differently than other.
why they didn't just lifting the weight slowly .. so that they can feel the stretch ans flex ... and contrakching so that they gain more and more .... moving the weight is just a badass thing !!!!! ;)
there is so many ros with good form who never won olympis. what;s ur point? and there is samir banut who won mister olympia and had even dirtier form sometimes
pathethic form at each exercise i've saw from all of them .. bad form.. using momentum to pull weights .. not doing full range of motion etc..thumb down
Darwinianmedicine yes you are right i only train for me i do train for bodyparts too but i always do for good form..instead of doing with bad form i rather no workout at all :)
