The name 'Keralam' consists of two words 'Kera' meaning coconuts and 'alam' meaning Land. So its Land of coconuts. Majority of dishes in Kerala use coconuts

You will get alcohol or beer served only in restaurants attached with a bar. Drinking in public places is not allowed. There are liquor shops and bars where you can buy whatever alcohol or beer in Kerala. You can buy it from there and take it to your room and drink it.If you are staying in any resorts if you ask them for any drinks they may provide it to your room but you may have to pay for service charge too. The best option is to stay in a bar attached star hotel or some resorts.

Dude Kerala has 20% Muslims and Christian. Fort Cochi also has old Jewish synagogues too, Kerala is not same as rest of the India. It is a naturally beautiful, clean, educated well balanced social religious harmony place. Enjoy…

In kerala & tamilnadu most of the dishes are rice based the naan type you had was Appam ,its like fermented batter with rice, it goes well will spicy curries bcoz of its soft texture .

So, in Indian culture we don't drink with family or neither talk about it, only drink with friends, that's why many restaurants don't sell beer for that you have to visit restaurant & bar, nice video ❤

You didn't have to take the bus to fort kochi. You should have got down at Vyttila station of kochi metro. Taken the water metro to Vypin, taken the ferry from Vypin to fort kochi. It would have been faster and water metro is a fun ride.
