UFC 135 Jon Jones vs Rampage Jackson probably had one of the funniest lead up trash talk to a fight and post fight 😂. Jon Jones won via submission vs Rampage Jackson. #shorts #mma #ufc
Yep cuz even John himself said he had a dream that every time he came to Rampage standing on the feet that he got knocked out within the first minute, so since he didn't want to get knocked out he made sure that he crawled, that's the first time he ever crawled to his opponent in the octagon, that's why Rampage asked why he did that at the beginning of the fight cuz he was caught off guard
Rampage and guys like Sean Strickland scares everyone, fighting or not. 🥴 Edit: The context here is comparing how both of them make their interviewer uncomfortable, because they are so unfiltered, hence why they ‘scare’ people. Hope this helps for those of you who are ‘slow’.
@@ronniecurtis2937 except it’s gonna be a lot scarier coming from Francis and his thick African accent 🤣🤣🤣 Ain’t gonna be no joking post fight interview either cause Jones will need a doctor!
Accept the new generation the new generation we get participation or words LOL I'm so glad I'm old school like you said you play you want to earn a trophy you want to win get first place nobody plays games to lose
Ehh Jones made quick work of rampage. But rampage was nowhere near prime rampage at this time. Probably would have went down the same way regardless, though. Rampage is one of my all time favorites, though.
@@dannydevito2349 love rampage picking dudes up; when they got him in a choke, and just slamming the shit out of them. When I saw Jones out wrestle Cormia, I don’t think 🤔 rampage could’ve done the same to Jones; even in Jones prime. Rampage in his prime vs when Jones beat him would’ve been a boring fight
@@Screaminchief55 Theres a Chael interview where he gives props to the best fighters on the mic... he gave credit to Rampage saying that not enough people give him credit... he said that whenever Rampage got on the mic he would basically drop everything and really pay attention...
two of the guys with the most real killer instincts in the game. that imo Is why jon jones and rampage sort of had a respect for each other in these conferences
Respectful trash talk is always refreshing. At the end of the day these guys are co-workers nice to see them be able to joke around before and after a war of brutality
He had nightmares of getting knocked out by rampage. He said the only way he could get over it was by starting the real fight different than all the fights in his nightmares. Hence the odd “4 point stance” start
Yes drug fheat goat. Repeatedly doing steroids and cocaine and hitting preg women and running. Shooting guns in his city driving drunk. Beating up his girl in front of kids. Thats a man we should praise right there!
Jones said Rampage was the most intimidating fighter he's faced and Rampage said Jo. JONES is the best fighter he ever fought ! I'd pay anything to go to the club with them two back at this time. 2 OG legends
Conor's miles ahead of everyone when it comes to trash talk..simply because he'd BACK UP whatever he said. He'd tell you what he do and than do it. Love rampage but clearly talk is talk he'd lose most of the fights for the most part. Cheal is the guy buy his trash talk was kinda cringey, most people would say the same. Conor is undoubtedly the goat
this was good competition...bones was smiling, but in his mind he was like, im gonna be the 1st person to stop rampage, call me young boy, imma make you call me uncle and tap....
@@p-funk2067 i like rampage as well but that was a big thing for Rampage cause even the commentators were saying Jones was going to be the first to finish rampage in the octagon
The UFC should start doing post fight press conference's like this again, where the two fighters sit down and the media gets to ask them questions about certain parts of the fight and what they were both thinking.
Rampage was the best when he was in UFC. Id never miss a fight night, if he was on the card i was for aure not going to miss it. This was before streaming days and paid like $65/70 for the PPV. I miss thise days with all the greats. Bj pen, matt hughes, ice man, randy couture, frank mir, shogun, st. Pierre, busping. So so many left out but you get what I'm sayin. Was the best times
I miss when they would get both the fighters in the post press conference, theres so many good ones, the best one gotta be the luke rockhold and mike bisping one 😂
Rampage is funny man… Conner made me laugh a few times. But funniest, I gotta give it to Chael Sonnen. The guy knew his role and played it perfectly. Incredibly nice dude if there no audience. I mean it too, just genuinely a good guy. But… he knew the way to the $$$!!!! If you aren’t going to get though big big big fights that pull serious cash, then you have to get creative. Running his mouth ended up making him more money that his fists did!!! Have a great day!!!
