He does because it gives him relevance and views, Sean is not about the story it's him and he has always been that way. He worked in Mainstream Media for a number of years and kept him mouth closed for the MASSIVE SALARY he was getting. He get sacked for racist views and now he hates them LOL this guy is an absolute joke!!!! There is no morals when money is concerned aye Sean!!!!

When multiple news agencies collude to either shape how reporting of an individual is done (often takes the form of "we won't play his speeches but we will tell you what he said"), or outright refusing to report on that individual, that is a cancellation. Edit: And in this case it's pretty bloody egregious given it's our Deputy PM getting cancelled.

@@simplygreen5832 I'd agree with you if it was any other topic, but the topic of "the media is corrupt" is hard for the to objectively report on, it's not like they could dispute and then someone like yourself believe it. If they say 'we as a media organization aren't corrupt', you'd call BS, and they'll never say yes we are corrupt. Seems like it needs independent review, but I can see why they don't want to make statement on his comments.

@oyd2791 Unfortunately for them we have evidence of the meeting, so even from an outside perspective I can say this happened. Have you ever heard of Dev? 'cause you seem to be taking the Devian position where you will not believe corruption unless the accused corrupt individuals hand you a signed affidavit saying "Yes, we were corrupt", which I'm sure you understand will not happen for obvious reasons. Edit: Further more you will not get an independent third party investigation because there isn't one. "Kotaku investigated Kotaku and found Kotaku innocent."

I never said I require a signed affidavit either, I know it’s fun building strawmen if you wish to know my position just ask it or at elast try to steelman my position I merely presented you with a hypothetical, and neither position is a tenable result fo MSM, they either admit to corruption, which they’ll never do or report in defence of themselves, which they shouldn’t do, if they aren’t doing either of those things the only objectively neutral thing to do is not report on the situation at all, but I struggle to see how that’s them cancelling Winston. I don’t see why the govt can’t appoint an independent review they just did for the school construction projects, but if Winston is in active government now, it’s laughable that they can’t create a review of it, and put systems in place to protect public funding.

Sounds like you have never listened to Sean over the last 2 years, When on numerous occasions Sean has clearly stated where The Platform stands on gov't media funding. He literally couldn't discuss most of the perspectives he does if he agreed to the "Bribe" fund's.
