I don't understand what's the point of hiring a guy like Mourinho and then not letting him do the job the way he wants to do it. Look at the examples of City and Liverpool. You let the Manager do his thing, things go bad, you back him up and, surprise, the team starts to be competitive again and win games. Imagine if City did this with Guardiola 4 or 5 years ago because he didn't win titles immediately? It's so stupid how they just can't see things on the long run.
