How I train now is different than I have in the past. Going to release a program January 1st that is exactly how I am training now. I want to be strong, look fit and be able to beat my kids at everything still! This program is focused on longevity training and some isolation pump and fitness. It’s for people who want to look fit, be fit and healthy with 45-60 minutes of training 4-5 days a week.
