From Texas. Wow! It doesn’t get much better than that. Arnel will be 54 in September and he is jumping around out there like a teenager. Love Journey so much.
Marco makes a great addition. Dean back on drums and Arnel still going strong on vocals. That man has one fantastic voice. He was a dream come true for Journey when Steve left. They owe him a debt of gratitude but he is too humble to accept it. Journey is in my mind a Super Group.
WOW! Journey--full of life and energy with their Concert Live-- It looks like Journey will last for a very long time Touring on concerts.. ..considering that their amazing tenor-pitch perfect Lead singer >>Arnel Pineda looks like in his 30's ( he is 54 y.o.as of today ) Journey rocks!
Great to have this New Set of Journey Band! And now as the band members aged like Arnel P., he would now have some more SOLID back up Voice from Narudo Michael Walden, Deen C., and Marco Mendoza as they can all sing as well too giving much assist to journey's much demanding tones! Also, SEEING MUCH ACTIONS and Produces So Much Music in EACH Music that they Played!!
@@dannyboy6332 nothing against Steve P. But his voice sucks now so they have in common now but the difference is Journey is still here and Steve is not. I must admit AP's voice now is declining and i think Journey couldn't find a replacement cause Steve has left that high bar and admit it that only Arnel pulled that trigger to be with Journey
Great lineup. Deen can sing these songs, especially the ballads, as well as Arnel. And that's nothing against Arnel. It's great to see him back with the official band. Journey Through Time was so good, great to see Marco came too. Wonder what Greg is doing now?
Amazing Captured video man.. Thanks so much for this.. Youre Amazing... Pls upload more video of this show... Deen Castronovo is back... Cheers from DUBAI UAE and Philippines.... I already subscribed to your channel
No he's not... He was one of the hottest guitarist back in the 80s...I still remember him doing that MTV concert in Houston, with that Black Les Paul...After seeing that show...He was MY Guitar God...Anyone who played with Carlos @ 16yrs old CAN'T BE UNDERRATED... 🎸🔥🎸🔥🎸🔥
Have to give it to Neal. he now has the band with 4 back up singers, 2 drummers, 2 keys, a back up bassist on call. Pretty much only guitar is without an understudy. Dean has a voice that rivals Arnel and it an excellent addition for taking some of the high parts or an occasional lead.
@@marcward3417 you sound like a clown. Everyone on that stage is old enough to be a grandpa. Arnel is nearly 54 years old.. Neal nearly 70. So maybe it's time for this Old jaded looking bunch to call it a day. They really sound terrible.
I think the extra keyboard player is needed for when Jon plays guitar on a few songs and some songs have layered keyboard parts that both can now play. Is Narda still here for when Deen sings some of the songs in concert so he doesn't have to sing and play drums at the same time?
You need to look up Michael Narada Walden's history. Seriously. Do it right now. I like Deen, but he's got a big pair to share a stage with Walden. Both of them sound great playing together.
This is a far cry from the Journey I remember...Jonathan got Steve Smith and Ross Valory booted out of the band and Neal just let them go...I also thought Randy Jackson was tapped to play bass again??
They added Jason Derlatka on keys, background vocals, and lead vocals on some songs. He's been playing with them/Schon for a while. I think between him and Deeno, they're trying to take some of the load off Arnel's voice as he tries to handle the toughest catalog of songs for any singer out there.
I think Dean sings better than Arnel myself, just for his health I hope he doesn’t get hooked back up on the bad things but he is definitely an asset to the band. But what the hell are they doing with the second drummer that’s about stupid
@@reynaldoflores8829 Is this what you do-- make odd comments comparing other people to Axl Rose, the guy who ruined the best hard rock band on earth so he could make the Chinese Democracy album? Yes, let's follow Axl's example.
