Good morning Marine, I always love coming back to challenging flows with you ❤ - this time I really internalized your affirming messages in the beginning - thank you. Happily today I had a very brief sensation of what it might be like to arrive in the pose - I had the right leg up and gave a little hop with the left foot. Although I did not extend both legs, that brief moment of "Oh this is what it's supposed to be like" gave me hope that in time, I may get closer. Mille mercis 😊

Incredible flow!! Thank you very much Marine for suggesting the flow in English too. I think the flow is more different because of the language but still just as interesting. This flow is able to strengthen my confidence and my shoulders (which burn!!). Before, I was worried about falling. 💜💜

Marine, thank you so much ❤ - pincha is one of those poses that I have imagined never to be able to do but lately I've been working on building shoulder muscles and holding a low plank daily which helped me tremendously in the buildup to the pose - I felt hope as it may one day be possible 😀 - of course it did not happen today, but that's okay - I felt the burn and advancement towards this pose. I cannot thank you enough for your gentle guidance - you are so inspiring in your practice ❤🙏 - mille mercis 😊
