I always (from day 1) referred to "Build Support" as "cheat into play". I can happily use it though...because RAW and extending fun build-outs for MPer. They could of included "search for a support that you could play, and put it into play" or something similar...but nope, they didn't. Or even included it in the new rule for ID-locked. Shopping Spree can be good as a recycling Harmless Side Scheme for combining with "defeat side scheme" (often with 'Beat Cops'/'Surveillance Teams') builds with 'Skilled Investigator', 'Followed' etc. It also fetches AND 'puts into play' those probable 3ER items she has. So exhaust 2x to generate 2 wilds for events OR exhaust twice to get your coat or sunnies INTO PLAY! Gotta remember: Every time you're in AE and Shopping Spree is in the deck, pretty much always active 'Mall Rat'. Drag it outa the deck for free....if you defeat it, that's another choice. Unless you are gonna play Wolvie, I wouldn't play "suit Up" - it's a negative resource play! Build out with something else first and use the 2nd or 3rd 'suit up' to get him when you also have other generator/s. 'Advanced Suit' is a Blue Voltron Upgrade with the "Item" keyword for Wolvie/Shopping Spree combo.
