Judaism Strengthens Christianity & Christianity Strengthens Judaism 

My dad is Jewish and my mom is Christian. Anyone that grew up as I did -with both religions in their household can relate greatly to what she said….i can’t choose btwn Judaism or Christianity because I get so much wisdom from both traditions.

The souls of these two individuals shine so brightly to me

They are both two parts of a whole. The missing piece with many Christians is their lack of knowledge of the Torah and overall Jewish culture/history. You can’t even fully understand the NT without comprehension of the Tanakh. Everyone misses Jesus was a Jew who spoke and elaborated on the Torah. It is extremely important. There was no NT when Jesus was on the earth. However, many Jews believe Jesus is not the messiah. So it is like two siblings in a fight and the father is saying “you are both siblings! The younger brother (NT) should learn from the older (OT) but older brother do not disregard the viewpoint of your younger because of his age. Maybe not the best analogy but I’m sure you get it.

Judith Moore This is a brilliant episode. Everything that is discussed is so spot on the full picture, Dennis is truly remarkable, he is a rare human, along with Ben Shapiro, Robert Barron,Jordan Peterson and Douglas Murray to name a few others, who has the ability of great wisdom, knowledge, and pure common sense, which few possess. Julie is amazing too, considering how young she is, she will be an amazing wife and mother, which we hope she will achieve within a few years.

Someone said that Christianity started as a relationship when God reached out to man in Israel; it went to Greece and became a philosophy, to Rome a religion , to Europe a culture and the United States a enterprise.

Christianity is Biblical Judaism. We simply believe the prophecies of the Old Testament and believe that Yeshua fulfilled them. It is a personal decision for each person to make that choice.

This is all wishful thinking. There are vast differences. Comparing the two is pointless but I cant get into the why on RU-vid.

The “Old Testament” is the story for why we need the “New Testament.” It’s the story of how humans can’t possibly follow the rules to get to holiness and need a savior to bridge the gap for us.

Cherry picking is sometimes your best option of engagement. Don't swallow whole any one doctrine, they are flawed.

Christianity is the completion of Judaism.

Jesus is the end of the Law. Period. Jews need to find Jesus. Are they going to hell without him? That's the LORD's decision. But they're just playing at religion right now -- playing like a lot of "Christians" play at religion, but in a different way. (Frankly, the "Christians" who fool around are a good deal more culpable.)
