Hi Elimar,I would love to get the new Box Set but at £345 it's just a little out my budget at this moment.I have a few things still to pay off.I have the Dio the Sabbath Years book to finish paying off and I have bought quite a few bits of other stuff as well.I nearly picked up Metalogy when I saw it in HMV many years back.I wish I had now,but there are a few good deals on used copies.The brand new ones are quite expensive.Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment.All the best to you.

First of all, this is a great preview, WELL DONE to the producer who presented it. Two principle reasons I never bought it. One, zero mention of the band's founder, Al Atkins. It particularly disappointed me when they decided not to include Al's introduction (10 to 1 Ian had NO part in that, it was all Jayne and Glenn). Two, no signature from KK. Disappointing offsets. This shouldn't be labeled 50 years. Even 48 years is pushing it. A sadly weakened outcome of a glaringly obvious attempt at trying to rewrite history. The real fans know the truth of the story of Judas Priest, but it isn't in this book. Thanks for nothing, Jayne, who (of course) made certain that her name appeared in the credits. That's a bloody shame.

Thank you so much for your wonderful video! I am a huge Priest fan, so it was lovely seeing those pictures, especially the early ones, as that stuff has rarely been seen before. I don’t know if the book, beautiful as it is, will be hitting my shelf yet. Even 100 pounds (standard plus postage) is quite a lot of money. Personally, I would rather use that money to go and see them once more on stage, if I get a chance, but it is a lovely book, absolutely👍🏻 If only I wasn’t so stubborn with my money...😄

A great video it's a nice book for sure, I'd not pay its asking price though and would probably have liked more behind the scenes or private photos and fewer live shots. Anyway, some years back I did actually cave in and bought their Jon Lord book though, which had a similar insane price however ultimately I feel Rufus lied to their buyers when first saying there wouldn't be another version of it at any time later, that basically it's now or never if you want it. So I did, bought it and it's wonderful alright with a soft purple cover and a Rick Wakeman signature but a few months later there it was again for sale now with added photos and a Glenn Hughes signature. I'd probably rather have bought that release, not so much for the signature but the extra photos so just be careful when they initially claim it's a one off thing...

Great book. Makes me nostalgic. Two things i noticed: The Ripper years are downplayed beyond belief. They had two albums and one live record! At the same time the period with Faulkner is massively exaggerated. Looking at the book one could believe Glen was playing at all the Firepower shows. While in reality he only played a couple of song at the encore at some selected shows.

I don't know how the decisions were made when it came to compiling this book.As often with these things there can sometimes be a bit of band politics at play.Sometimes it can be copyright issues when it comes to accessing the required images from the relevant sources.Whatever the reasons behind it they still came up with a fantastic piece of Rock History,but I fully take onboard your observations.Thank you for watching my video.I should have Sabbath The Dio Years by the same company in September if you are interested.All the best to you and I hope you have a great week.

Thank you for watching my video and leaving a comment.I fully appreciate that this is an expensive book and was lot of money for me as well.There was a time in my life when this was something I could never of dreamed of owning.Me and my best friend who was in the same situation as me used to put what money we got from the social security(benefits) together so we could eat reasonably.We both had to leave our homes when we were 16,so I understand what it is like to have nothing.I hope my videos don't come across as showing off.I am really just trying to let people know if it is worth parting with their hard earned money or not.I wish you all the best and hope you come back to my channel again sometime.

This one was £250+£15 delivery for the UK.The standard issue is £79 and I would imagine delivery is the same.I just had a check on their website and they are both still in stock.I like your piano covers channel,very impressive.All the best to you,take care.
