It's sickening to see how Indian laws are so much biased in women's favour now. Many genuine cases where men are labelled as sole culprits and women being totally innocent and they play false victim card...needs to be seen in merits and so should the laws be made and rulings be passed. Courts should also take into account the mental harassment husbands have to go through... moreover in marriage both husband & wife plays equal role...then why these laws don't take into account the intense misuse of laws by women and falsely implicating the husbands. Crux :- DON'T MARRY

Should the "complete disclosure" and perjury petition soon after the maintenance is filed or sometime during the case?

Many lawyers suggest a strategy to not appear in the maintenance to let it ex-partie, later apply for review to delay it indefinitely. Do you think this is a good strategy?
