@@jakinabrown6104 well if the stalking is not a fact ok but there are other things that collectively make this suspect look very suspicious: his dna on knife sheath in victims bedroom next to victim, throwing trash in neighbors garbage bin with gloves on during wee hours, his own family found it strange that he was cleaning his car with bleach ....

100000% they should've moved the house elsewhere, in a warehouse or something til the case/appeals are done. tearing it down is a HUGE problem.

There’s a court filing from last summer where his other attorney states zero victim DNA was recovered from his home, car or work office, and there’s no evidence of that kind of cleaning. Forensically, they can detect the use of bleach and other cleaning agents. You can think he’s a weird person, but that doesn’t mean he’s a criminal. The DNA recovered from the sheath is TOUCH DNA. If you read about touch DNA, it’s not even admissible evidence in several states and the military doesn’t allow it in military tribunals either. Because it’s unreliable, has caused false convictions and doesn’t mean you were actually there. You could touch something at the store and someone else buys it and your touch DNA ends up in a murder scene if you’re unlucky. You don’t think it’s crazy that he supposedly stabbed 4 people to death, at least one over 50 times, and didn’t get any blood or skin cells from the victim on him and his car? Or that his DNA didn’t end up in more places in the house, just a single button?

​@@mimiroberts2705Bleach?? There was nothing found in the inspection of anything being "Bleached" in his Car. Bleach would have deterorated his seats carpet etc. would have changed the color as well. NO signs of a cleanup.

So far the only two evidence they seem to have is the cell phone tower ping and the dna on the sheath, both of which can easily be explained since he goes to the same school nearby and the fact he might have been to the same store where the knife was sold. They'll need something that ties him in with the victims or at the scene during that time aside from some loose evidence.

The whole dna and tower ping are probably enough to arrest him but I really think something needs to tie him to the scene or one of the victims. It sounds to be like an obsession stalking case gone horribly wrong when a roommate came in or something.

Dateline just covered a conspiracy to commit mvrder case and that took over 4 years to get to trial. This case is much more serious & complicated than that one. People need to chill out. These delays are common.

It's not their job to prove innocents. State should hand over everything and say we got you now let's go. The judge should force the state to handover everything a s stop wasting time. If the state would have just had the prelim this would be over. They agreed then found out Bethany was going to be under oath and they couldn't have her talk because it would expose the two different stories Hers and Dylans accounts do not match which is why she wasnt in the pca or part kf anything. She can prove DMs story is bullshit and that the cops made it up and more went on that morning. Someone cleaned up and it couldn't have been the killer BK because he left all clad in black without a knife or blood on him. She only seen bushy eyebrows and knew it was a man

That house would’ve bared little to no resemblance to the environment in which the crime occurred. The house was gutted due to biohazards and all the furniture was removed. The jury was never going to tour that crime scene anyway. Might as well tear it down to placate the community.

The word OK is part of the English language, how he speaks has a lot to do with who he surrounds himself with and where he's from etc. You don't lose that because you've a degree. The word educated doesn't always refer to degrees. You're insinuating I meant that. So you're clearly the one who thinks that.

It sounds like the entire case is about two things: cell phone records and the DNA on the knife sheath both of which could easily be explained and cast a doubt on his guilt. They would really need to somehow prove he was there or at least had some sort of connection with the victim(s).

You get all your information from tabloid headlines and have no interest in understanding how complex this case actually is. There’s a million rabbit holes you can go down in the Idaho 4 case and they all point away from Bryan being the actual perpetrator. There were 3 unidentified males’ DNA on the scene as well. And two DNA experts testified that the sample matching him was only touch dna. Military tribunals and some states don’t even accept touch dna as evidence in court…because it’s unreliable and literally can place you somewhere you’ve never been. He had NO victim DNA in his car or home.

And he went stargazing and turned off his phone during the time of the murders? Even though they can check the weather and visibility of the stars during that date and time which show that the stars couldn’t be seen and there was thick fog obscuring the sky?

The police put up a large tarp to block the view from all angles when removing the victims. The media chose not to air it for several reasons. The main reason being that there was nothing to see.

I've been trying to see all that but haven't been able to. I haven't been able to see the darkness in someone through a screen so easily, unless they're acting out, or doing something that stands out etc (if you know what I mean). Interesting how so many say what you're saying though

they were not killed with a cover of a knife. They were killed with a knife by at least 2 people. No way one person did this

There are a lot of evidence that needs to be put together for both sides. They would need to collect the evidences, and build up the case and narrative, all of which takes time and someone looking it over. Remember in America, everyone is considered innocent so Bryan really doesn't need to do much other than seeing what sort of evidence they have against him, so it really comes down to the prosecutors to make sure they have a solid case before going in front of the judge and jury.

He was arrested December 30 2022. It hasn’t been almost 2 years. Come on, math is easy. Do you ever look at other cases or just this one? This is a death penalty case. They don’t move fast.

Less serious trials than this routinely take up to 4 or more years to get to trial.

It's a case where people draw a verdict based on connections that may very well not exist. What if his dna was indirectly placed on the sheath, and it was on it because he lived near idaho so on some day went there and touched a place where the true murderer later touched? What if there's another white elantra driving at that time, since its not such a rare vehicle? What if the tower picked his phone signal just because he was "close" to the house by a few miles? He could be guilty, but I think the only really damming evidence is the dna on the sheath, but then you'd have to ignore how not so uncommon it is to find some random person's dna in many things that you own, but those things never left your house.
