That first case was a doozy! The plaintiffs witness was one the best I’ve seen. The defendant had no remorse for the plaintiffs. He has shi**y workers and he needs to realize that. I hope word got around and he lost business
I was just waiting for the racist card to come out in the car case. When all else fails , the old faithful back up always rears its head. Asshole was being an inconvenvient prick to every other tenant by bringing his junk to their homes, was warned multiple times to stop and when the hsit hit the fan, wanted to be the victim!
I mean he did have white superracist tattoos which the Judge didn't want to entertain. So there is a valid point there about being racist. The fact that he was fired from his position is another thing to consider.
I'm amazed that this roofing company actually started a job with a minimum of 50% deposit. Plus paying for 100% of materials. But am also concerned that the home owners left their dog outside while worker were in their yard. Next case apartments are strict regarding their residents parking spots . And many do not allow a variety of different cars. I switched parking spots with my door stairs neighbor because it was closer to the exit I use My neighbor did not drive but if she ever needed to spot for a visitor I would switch back. But when other residents desired they could use my spot who ? ? ? When I needed the spot no one knew who was parking in my spot. Sometimes pe pole living in apartments jump on any empty spots. 🚗 🚙 🚘
Better yet if she got the incident on video. But you can't beat an eye witness. And you can delete a # or any message from your phone to cover your a$$. As you treat a dog so it goes how you will treat a child or a vulnerable adult. The foreman of roofing co & owner suck. Workers & owners lack compassion for an animal thus their business will suffer. But don't know how you fight a lien against your house except to pay for wages oweing.
First case i think the plaintiff promised the neighbor a small percentage of the money he already knew he was not going to pay. He should have made a plan with the dog if he knew people will be in and out of his yard.

First case: The neighbor lied. How do you catch a dog's back legs with a rope when the dog is sitting on the front lawn. JJ isn't listening to the defense. JJ believes someone without evidence but doesn't want to see the defendants evidence. JJ is illogical when it comes to dogs.
