These people saying don't be so hard on him are idiots. The damage that drunk drivers do families in this country and around the world is heart wrenching; and as usual they refuse to take responsibility for their actions. Sickening!
jackie floyd Absolutely! This guy is VERY lucky that it doesn't appear he did any damage with his dwi's, because there are SO many other things that could've happened, and he needs to open his eyes before he kills someone.
Of course the judge would bring up his record. He did say two. He's just not taking responsibility and he will, if he hasn't already, regret walking out of that court room. The thing is he's SO lucky he didn't kill someone. There was a drunk here in our city that hit a Rabbit carrying a mother and her four children. All died except one child and he was injured badly. And the person who was drunk walked away without a scratch. He was driving a truck. / A 29 year old drunk driver hit three girls who were walking on the side of the road. Two were killed. They had been my students. He was so very sorry but two lives will never be able to grow up because he poured too much liquid down his throat. / She did humiliate him but he didn't tell her the whole truth either. :( Songs
A car in the hands of a drunk driver is a WEAPON against other drivers and pedestrians... this guy drove drunk 174 times...he could have KILLED someone and should be in Jail for a very long time!! aww poor baby leaves because he's embarrassed...he's a CRIMINAL
Very true. When I watch JJ cases, she always shocks me every time by chewing on her litigants, refusing to even let them explain or speak if she's unhappy about something . She's intimidated, intense, strict and as firm as a steel. I guess that's how a rat feel when facing a cat. So I switch to watch Judge Pirro and find she's total opposite. She's a feeling judge, smiley and come off as humorous and personable, but her litigants are so stupid, then I wish JJ would appear to teach them a lesson
Wow, He got on the judge's good side and had a small advantage with his "I trust your judgement." answer but later he ruined it. It's like you're starting to win a race then stop right in the middle of it and say " You know what, I'm out. "
How did this guy get stopped by the cops so many times lol. He was sober when he got stopped for driving with a suspended license lol I drove without a license for 4 years and never got caught lol 14 to 18.
Drinking really does engrave itself deep in a person doesn't it. He still looks pretty good but.. you see in his movements that permanent changes are there.
4:18 She asked him how many DWI's he got, and he said two. Now the plaintiff is talking about him getting arrested for driving with a suspended license, and she tacks them on with the drunk driving? She asked how many times he got arrested for driving under the influence, not how many times he was arrested on the road period. There's a big difference between DWI and driving with a suspended license. And he was stupid not to point that out to her.
At 3:44 the plaintiff says "paybacks were slow". Means payments were being made, but not at the rate that was put down in the agreement/contract. But then, he says the defendant never paid back a dime! Am I missing something?
How can ANYBODY drive drunk 174 times? (I suppose if one drives drunk several times a week it's possible, but even driving drunk ONCE a week would take over three years.)
Ha! What he doesn't know is that when he signed consent to go onto the show, he also signed an agreement to use the show as a mediation device....sooo when he walked out, he immediately forfeited his right to defend himself. Bwaaa bwaaaaaahhh!
@FullArius I agree. A friend of my mother's used to drive in blackouts and was once woken up by a police officer because the nose of his mercedes was up against a light post on the median. He'd passed out behind the wheel. it's only by either the grace of the god of your choice or dumb luck that he never hit anyone. He was given probation and 2400 hours of community service. I was only 17 but I thought he should have gotten a much harsher sentence.
The defendant was so drunk, he couldn't stand still, looked like he was about to puke, had the face of someone who just drank a pack of 12 beers. This guy got some serious issues.
I was married to Acholic , he had two. DUI, it was expensive The we're times we don't have the money To pay for everything I got tired of shit and Left him.!!!!
5:20 Even Judge Mathis got mad when litigants talked back to him! There is one of the same sex that he said "Get the Heck out of my court!" (He used the curse.word but I don't).
Sounds like the guy had a serious alcohol problem. Good for him if he's changed his ways, but part of making things right is owning up to the mistakes made in addiction. Pay the man back!
Sounds so much like my ex. Can’t take responsibility of his mistakes. Drink driving is such a terrible thing. ‘But it’s in the past and I can’t remember most of it, so I’ll just deny it’ yeah he has gotten his life in order now still doesn’t mean you can’t mention it especially when the damage (he still owes money) is still around
Why do people upload only part of the video? I know it was only about kicking the fellow out, but another few minutes of video would have been just nice.
Dude!!! The defendant is the one who uploaded this video!!! Haha wtf? Listen at 00:18 it says his name which is his channel name. Hahahahaha funniest shit ever
