I love meatballs and mashed potatoes, I also love meatballs and french fries, french fries, poutine(French fries with cottage cheese and gravy on top) and spaghetti and meatballs!

Amazing Turkey Recipe (2 slight changes) I used fat free skim milk to make a bit lighter and added 1 teaspoon cornstarch at the end to thicken a bit more. But other than that followed this recipe to a T and it was deliscious!!! Served with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli, a keeper for sure!!!
I was doubtful at first, but honestly, try this recipe. They are moist, full of flavour & creamy, without any extra fat. I tweaked the seasoning, as I don’t like coriander. They were still ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!.
So good!!! I added seasoning salt and crushed red peppers. My partner tried to eat the entire pan lol The only mistake I made was using regular soy milk (because I don’t drink milk). I should have used unsweetened because it was more sweet than I wanted it to be.. but was sooooo good! Very moist! We loved it 🥰

Yes, you can use a non-dairy milk. I really like Ripple milk. The sauce won't be as creamy though. Maybe try using a non-dairy cream, it will make the sauce more creamy than using the milk.
A good Alternative to milk is cashews. Take 1 cup of cashews and put them in hot water. Let it sit for 15 min. Then drain the water and add 1 cup to 2 cups of water and blend them. Get a mesh strainer to strain out any cashew pulp. Its so easy. I use it if i dont have any plain unsweetened almond milk on hand. Which i havent because of none at the stores recently.
There are lots of amazing substitutes like vegan mince 😇 imo vegetarian and vegan meat replacements are hit or miss so do try a wide variety to find some you like (of off course you want to substitute. If you don't want to, veggies are great too!)
Made these tonight... followed the recipe exactly. The turkey mixture is extremely wet and could not be shaped into balls. Everything just stuck to my hands. End result was just okay. Extremely salty.
