I recently purchased the Juki 350 qvps, as a sit down model. I had been able to test a machine at Paducah last year and fell in love. My only concern is that I am unable to loosen the set screw on the presser foot. I wanted to raise it slightly to glide more easily over a quilt. I’m also interested on using double batting, but know it wouldn’t work. I contacted the dealer, but they didn’t seem too concerned. Has this ever been an issue before?
