hi nick i am a snowboarder i am 25. last winter i had a traumatic shoulder injury dislocating it. i had since successfully rehabbed it and returned to snowboarding for the remainder of the season with no issues spent all summer in the gym strength training and going into this season felt 100% ready this winter however i've had 3 anterior dislocations not from impact of hitting the ground but just throwing the arm over my head in a twisty way. all of which in between taking a month the first time 2 months after the second I was able to get back strength using physiotherapy and returning to snowboarding and falling heavily and being okay (until the rapid throw of the arm) i am wondering what you think i should do as far as what surgery i should get. and if you had any idea what surgery Julius Randle had? i understand you are not a surgeon and haven't seen my MRI's so it may be difficult to determine an answer but just thought id try and see what you think as its 3:00 am and i cant sleep and am obsessing over my shoulder .... your videos are great !!!!

Yep.....can clearly see the deformity in the shoulder So do you Nick, anticipate commenting predominantly on joint injuries, (sprains/ligament tears/muscle tears/dislocations? Or might you also do some fracture commentary?

Looked super painful, hopefully he recovers fast
