I cant believe this romance anime took one season to confess, others take at least 6 seasons.

Her excitement about the "challenge" was adorable. Both the VA and the animation really sells Tomo's character really well!

She hit him with the physical-emotional damage combo,glad that they quickly resolved the misunderstanding later on

So glad I didn't have to wait for another Season for this confession. Finally Tomo gets what she deserves. She is so frickin cute when she blushed!!❤❤

After 3 months of waiting, the confessions finally came through. Congratulations to Tomo and Jun ❤🎉

The biggest mistake these two ever made was thinking that their dynamic would have to change if they ever got into a relationship with each other. I will say though: When Jun got his Gameboy back from Tomo, that's when he got some Game, Boy!

I wish some anime would give us an epilogue episode. To see how things progressed AFTER everything.

the va who voices her is so talented😭 she also voices anzu in romantic killer and i literally can’t stop imagining tomo and anzu being friends. i would love to see them play video games and do EVERYTHING together since they’re both tomboys

This series was a hidden gem for me. Tomo is a sweetheart and super funny. Show had great characters and a cool dynamic. Yeah, good fun, and super cute.

What's funny is that he actually asked her out way back in middle school. She accidentally friendzoned him right then and there. "I love you, too, Jun! We'll be *friends forever!*" "Ah...... right.... friends. Yay." That's when he immediately went and tried to date Misuzu as an alternative, but it only lasted for a day and he realized it just wasn't the same so he broke up with her. Tomo's full 180 pivot at the start of HS threw him for a loop. He'd accepted his place in the Friendzone and committed long ago. She mostly just confused him. Her trying to be girly made it worse since he didn't fall in love with a *girly* Tomo. There was also the fact that Tomo's dad told him if Jun wanted to date Tomo, he'd have to defeat him first.

Thank goodness this didn't take 24 episodes for them to confess 😆

If you havent started this anime please do its only 13 episodes but they're all so good, literally not a single episode I didn't thoroughly enjoy plus the story and characters are some of the most wholesome I've ever seen in anime.
