Thank you, thank you! I was looking forward to this! I'll complete this 2021 "June Fast and Fit", June 2020 "Good Morning Stretch" and June 2019 "Morning Wake Up Workout". That's 15 minutes of stretching because I'm not a morning person but these fun stretches (and your motivation) really do boost my spirits and energy for the day. Cheers to Denise!! 🍷

I just started following you and absolutely love your workouts. They are just right for my mid-50’s aging body that is challenging enough to not aggravate my knees & back and hopefully trim down my mid section. Thank you! Keep it up. You look great.

I've really toned up using her monthly "fast and fit" stretches. I do the one for the current AND the monthly one from ONE YEAR ago; 10 minutes stretch and I really wake up and knock the stiffness from my joints. She's so motivating.

Why do you care? Photoshop, makeup, breast/butt implants, augmented lips, anal bleaching...etc. is what people do. If you don't want to do it, then don't. Go and try to be a positive force on the planet by helping someone less fortunate than you; rather than butting in to others' business.
