6 minutes in I honesly thought the video just started from the beginning again. Crazy how they can have the same conversation almost beat by beat and not notice
I think it’s because the other guys weren’t properly acknowledging that they heard and understood what he was saying. That happens to me where I have to keep trying to make my point until I realize that maybe the other people just don’t want to get into what I’m saying. Idk I’m just spitballing here 🤷♂️
I was listening to them the other day and could have sworn I had just replayed an episode I had already listened to but nope they’re just cycling through old thought patterns.
This entire godforsaken podcast is just them having the same 5 conversations over and over again and forgetting each time, and the viewers also forgetting that they've heard them.
Adam got confused because the working title for George of the Jungle during its filming was actually “Jungle 1 Jungle” and was intended to be a prequel to Jumanji. Honestly the Jungle cinematic universe is surprisingly deep.
Planned Predictive programming Also, as a kid, going to the movies or seeing a good movie was so much better. It made your whole week and got you inspired. As an adult its like "Cool, anyway, back to my same behavior"
@@bugglemagnum6213 this is the most relatable thing I've seen in a long time. Every movie in theaters lately can be summed up as: "Why. Who asked for this? Who even WANTED this? Just.. no" I miss directors like Stanley Kubrick. 2001 still creeps the shit outta me when the aliens put him in that "human zoo" and study him.
It's one thing to talk about the same topic again and again. But it's actually mind blowing that three people can unknowingly recreate the same dialogue in a conversation as if they were characters in a video game cut scene.
There's so much work that must have gone into the tiny visual gags like the volume control and the rewind symbol on top of the flawlessly synced trailer One of the most truly impressive editing flourishes I've seen from Clangers so far
This entire process has made me realize this movie is essentially a copy of Crocodile Dundee except instead of a romcom it's a divorce movie. The phrase 'Crocodile Dundee divorce' is an accurate description of this movie.
Growing up in a broken home, I didn't realize there was a trend in divorce movies, shit just seemed normal. Goddamnit Cumtown, I don't need to have any more realizations of my shitty childhood!
Yes! I’ve been checking back weekly to see if you’ve uploaded. I know it takes a long time to put together the clips that they’re talking about and especially in the proper comedic timing.
Praise to be Allah, Clangers TV has blessed us with a new clip right in time for hajj. After circumambulating the kabba and climbing Mt. Arafat, me and the rest of the boys love nothing more than to wind down and delight in such exquisite art between meditating on quranic exegesis ☪️🕋🕌🥰
Hilarious and well edited as always by the master; happy to see you are still in the game, OG. I also really liked the diversity in this one, any video ending with pre-text of savage tribal grapes; is all the inclusivity my tribe requests...that and your casino money.
True Lies was also a remake of a french movie. Arnold was watching it one day and he liked it so much that he called James Cameron and convinced him to buy the rights for the remake.
These three have fried their brains. So many of these complilations are of them speaking about something several times, and having no memory of the previous times they discussed it.
i realize more and more that we will never be able to tell if nick has gone totally insane as most shit he says already sounds insane but ends up having some sort of foundation.
im HIV positive that Adam is gay for Bendan Fraser in George of the Jungle. And Stav's dad probably called him the Greek word for obligation at some point
Nick needs to turn these hilarious riffs into skits he’d blow up and make classic tv content and eventually a movie and more etc they need to bring these impressions and riffs to life in a series setting
oh wow thats crazy! i saw the movie (what now turns out to be little indian big city) as a little kid in russia and a year or so later i moved to US and i saw Jungle 2 Jungle in theatres and i told everyone i saw this movie year+ ago when i was in russia. And everyone thought i was BSing cuz it had JUST been released in theatres. Since then i always wondered what happened there. I thought maybe it came out way early in European markets or something? But now it all makes sense.
Crazy thing about Jungle 2 Jungle is that they actually flew the cast and crew down to southern Venezuela to shoot the first third of the movie. The logistical nightmare that would have been and how that would have affected the budget would have been huge. All for what amounts to one of the shittiest movies to have ever been made.
Hearing them say the same thing multiple times in multiples different ways was exhausting. (don't get me wrong any one riff in isolation is funny). But in rapid sequence it was like watching multiple takes of a single scene in a movie. I guess that is why actors all seem to go crazy.
Little Indian Big City (Un indien dans la ville) is the original movie. Jungle 2 Jungle is the American remake. Another one for you, True Lies is a remake of another French movie called La Totale. It’s weird to me that some American kid saw Un Indien dans la ville with Mimi Siku.
I remember seeing a trailer for little indian big city after seeing jungle 2 jungle and I thought I was losing my mind. I didnt know it was possible to just recreate an entire movie like that.
@@roseCatcher_ well I’m sorry to hear that, man :( that’s a terrible thing to witness. I hope you both get peace eventually. I bet you’re pretty good at acting engaged, like it’s the first time hearing a story.
I have a vivid memory of going to rent this movie with my mom and little brother, buying street shark gummies and watching the vhs on my big wooden entertainment center. Fuck.
