Thanks for this video. I had the water level warning despite the tak was full. I bought my ENA4 at a Cash Converter Store and they did not have the cardboard packaging. I think that the Jura was shocked in my trunk. After opening the covers I saw a small PCB board moving freely... That was the sensor which operates through the plastic cover. Once fixing it with a tape, everything works, no more error message.
Can’t believe the complaints about the movement. Be glad for what this is: something free that helps you save hundreds in repair costs. It sure did for me!
Just felt the need to add a note as it isn't too clear in the video. The two black covering strips that are removed at the rear of the machine do not pop off outwards. They should be slid up then out.
Did you ever tried to remove the front panel where are the 3 screws located ? Under the Ena sign? Is it doable I mean can we go and clean there or it is all attach and can’t get access?
Thanks for the vid!! I'm stuck with getting off the left side panel, feels like it will crack, you did it so smoothly, whats the trick? Also, to get out the circle screws without jura tool, just tighten the chuck of a drill and it comes right out
Hopefully you figured this out already, but it slides back slightly towards the rear of the machine, then comes right off. I was also stuck here for a moment, maybe this helps someone else 😅
@@flaviomuratore Yes, Jura do special key for these you can buy with service kits but I just used long nose pliers to remove them and replaced with normal Philips screws as you would be needing to clean the brewing group probably twice a year or so.
@@tomp.8129 thank you very much.Apologies for bothering again but I am not used to these tasks. You just straight up pull the rivet out of there by using sheer strength?
@@coffeetricksandtips1018 betwen older model e8 and ena8 which one to chose? I found them used and this whay i ask, which one to buy? From what i have understand, the jura use electronic presure not mecanic. I oscilate betwen jura ena 8 or e8 , miele 5500, gaggia academica , siemens eq9 s700 , all 4 i have found them used near 400e. Is jura a bether option from all 3?
Wow! No wonder they charge so much for a service! Mine doesn't go six months without breaking, and that's with only one coffee drinker in the house. Better to buy a Breville or any other brand!
totally true, here 2 drinkers and after not even 1 year, it was leaking water and coffee mold.. saeco we had 3 years before there was anything wrong with it, less expensive also. both cleaned frequently enough.
@@coffeetricksandtips1018 Where exactly in the video did you fix anything? You loosened the three screws around the bean holder assembly and thats ALL you did. Total waste of time
If you can't speak might be a good idea to hire a narrator. Only thing I got from this was how to disassemble the unit and there are some tools (unknown type) that allow you to do it.
