That is the sickest family I ever heard of

This story was infuriating to read about. The grandmother in this situation was so used to getting what she wanted that somehow she thought this was a good idea so she could get her hands on her grandbaby. Its just disgusting and cowardly, killing people in their sleep. And yes, he is just as guilty, he helped plan and went with his family to commit these murders.

What’s the thought process behind not taking a plea deal & going through a trial? He has to know by the time it’s up to the verdict that he’s going to be so hated his time will be doubled. These people are so disgusting. And so what if he actually shot no one? Hard to believe being that there were 5 crime scenes but say he didn’t, he still knew about the plan & didn’t do a freaken thing.

Conspiracy to commit murder is a crime. He assisted in the crime by being present. If a husband in involved in organizing the murder of his wife, he is just as guilty as the shooter. Secondly, he could have told husband one person outside of the family and 8 people would still be alive.

if you can call it an innocent third party, then there shouldn't be a third party at all.. any level of accusation on the third party accused will be difficult to prove unless evidence or testimony from the other two, point a single finger in the third party accused direction. he either knew of the crime about to take place, or he didn't. (talking about the 8 murdered)

The prosecutor’s opening statement was difficult to listen to. We have technology. Put together a few slides with pictures, timeline, etc. Also remove the “umms”.

Why can we not watch the trial?

I'm a 1st time viewer of your channel. I've backed away from most media content/ forums and channels simply because they are not put together well. Many videos are inspired by common folk like myself... Nonprofessionals; (Yes, I'm all in for our ability to create information for others, freedom of creativity, and freedom of speech video enthusiasts... [Love ya all!]). That being mentioned, most videos have sound quality issues that shift from exceeding low whispers, to abrasive and jerkingly LOUD ads or bizarre voice-over commentary. Many videos contain information that is the same, boring and regurgitated info that a million and one prior users created within the previous 24 hours. The main issue(s) I personally lost faith in as a viewer is; Incorrect information, incorrect facts. Incorrect grammar and SPELLING. Observing a title for a video spelled incorrectly (either/or the creator lost all effort to try, or they were eaten alive by WGAF and LAZINESS) I won't watch. All of us have the tools to create shows that entertain if we only put in the basic effort into it. Thank you for providing a quality video. It IS important shows like yours exist because we need more mentors to lead the viewing way(s). Love and light to all of you~ 🤩

hes going to get his head split ... the most he can get is the exact same time as the plea so why not take it to trial ... his brothers deal was no death penalty for any of them for his confession the only other deal they offer is life without parole well if hes found guilty they cant seek death casue his brother got him that deal for his testimony, so why not try the case and see if he can make his brother out to be a liar.. may as well try his luck!

I have been in a married to a family that was criminal crazy, it’s not easy, I would have had answers same as George. Many abusive/controlling relationships would have. Apparently this lawyer doesn’t know that.

Welcome back Brian!! Listening to Cruz's story and seeing the relationship between what his mother chose to do while she carried him, is making me see that maybe he wasn't the monster as portrayed. He had a better chance with his adopted family, but there were problems for him, there. When you have a child with any disability, small or large, focus needs to constantly be kept on that child. AT all costs! My hope is he ends up with life in prison, because he is an excellent person to study, for many avenues, but especially what happens when the biological mother choses to keep living her life at the detriment of her growing baby. He seems to be articulate and he can talk about many things he has experience, along with his excellent records that have been kept also.

I think of people believing movies are real life as simpletons.
