You can also add the oil to the seasoning mixture to make a blend then just rub the fish with the seasoning mixture. It's going to be delish either way
Thank you Claudy for sharing! I made a whole red snapper for the first time using your recipe & cooking directions exactly as you said, absolutely fabulous! My fiance went nuts for the seasoning & the taste of the fish. The only thing I wish I did was buy a larger red snapper for leftovers because there was nothing left! Thank you again & I love how you show step by step & the measurements for all the spices, great job explaining 👏 👍 😀
Never thought I'd be able to do this. I tried first time last night because of your easy step by step video. I bought Tilapia for this and the ingredients you mentioned. I added diced habanaro peppers (rodo), I used butter instead of oil. If I say I tasted heaven last night I wouldn't be exaggerating 💙 You made this possible. And yes I have left overs I will dig into later today 😂 Thanks again you're heaven sent and a blessing 🙏
Thank you very much. Recipes like this make magnificent meals possible for the not-so-daring in the kitchen: All easy to find ingredients, fresh or frozen, easy to make and easy to clean, and fabulous flavour.
Thanks for the recipe, tried it out last weekend, came out well. This is the first time I'm baking a whole fish... Keep posting those easy recipes....♥️
Going to cook this right now! It turned out great! If I hadn't watched this I think it would have been another dissapointing fish on the barbie. Excellent. Thank you for posting this video.
Hello Claudy, very good video, i always fry my Snapper but after seeing your video, i may never fry Snapper again, i love how you have it with the potatoes and vegetables, Keep up the great work, Blessings......
This was sooooo delicious. Easy recipe and the flavour is out of this world. I used porgie because that's what I had on hand. Thank you dear sis! I paired this with your garlic parmesan roasted potatoes. Yummy!
Claudy. Thanks ever so much for this video! I’m sending it to someone who asked me how to make Red Snapper. It’s the best way to prepare it. The only thing I did diferent was to squeeze fresh lemon on it before baking, but your seasoning is very tasty!
I tried this recipe n twas the bomb .. so yummy all thanks to u hun. Thank u for all u do n I hv the video wishing I could share it here. I used all the ingredients above but never had seasoned salt so I used Norma salt n added white pepper, Cameroon bush pepper, oregano coz I just wanted to be creative and it was so yummy. I enjoyed for two days. Thank u
Darn! I was rushing and did not watch until the end, so I tossed the potatoes in the pan and put the fish on top! At least i nuked them from 3 mins first. Oh well, we will see how it all turned out. Also I had a hard time cutting the fish with my dull knives. Marinate for an hour! Ha!
Claude, how do you bake your fish in the oven without it sticking & falling apart I used olive oil Like to said to the potatoes, bell pepper, onion & tomato came out Perfect??🤗
No worries. To avoid sticking, grease the baking surface or easy method, put fish ontop of lemon slices like how i did in this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8FZzElsNGGk.html Thanks for your feedback. Hope this helps
Hello I just subscribed and will make this for my wife. Could you please tell me if I need to use olive oil? And also how many degrees ? We don’t use Fahrenheit
I wanted to buy a snapper today at the supermarket. I was intimidated since I never cooked a snapper before. Thanks to your video I know how to do it. ❤
