I just love this card, that golfer lady looks like she would be saying that to somebody!😂. I’m glad you saw that her hand was not colored, I was saying to myself “you forgot her hand”. And the way you disguised the ink spot was great, love the butterflies. Thanks Chrissie

Art Impressions has some of THE most fun stamps!! I have one labeled “Millie”, who sooo reminds me of a lady I knew some decades ago who had just THE same kind of spirit that stamp displays!! I’m trying to find stamps that read “WooHoo” and “Let’s Celebrate!!” in just the best font to compliment the ol’ gal!

What a fun image Chrissie, and love the green paper which you used both sides of for the paper pieced blouse and skirt and the visor which looks great with a bit of green added over it, and love the colouring with her bright red hair and your favourite grass stamp is always great for a finishing touch...what would we do without some sweet little butterflies, they look perfect too. x

Oh my goodness! It would never occur to me to use paper piecing with a stamped image. You're marvelous! And in my opinion, your witty computer sentiments are better than any manufactured stamps I've seen. Love this card! 🩷

I love paper piecing. I find it easier to shadow color my base clothing edges with a similar color or a gray tone…it hides my not so perfect fuzzy cutting. Also I edge my actual fuzzy cut pieces with black marker. Paper piecing adds so much more fun to my card designs

I really enjoy your videos! To avoid your image from smearing, you can stamp the image and heat emboss it with clear embossing powder. It does help keep the image edges clear.

Cute card! The spot comes from when you take the cap off the marker, I’ve done that and finally learned what caused it. Don’t open the cap over your work. Good cover up!❤

Watching the video, i was kept telling you to try your colorless blender to see if you could dab up the bit of green spot. But I guess you can’t hear me! LOL. The butterflies worked out great! Another beautiful card!

@msunshine137 Love to listen to you and watch while you create! FYI: Try some clear embossing powder over the Versafine and heat emboss the lines so that your color doesn't bleed over where you don't want it. Also, I've used a NUVO eraser on little booboos like that contrary spot you covered with butterfly! That was brilliant, tho' and added a bit of whimsy to the whole!💖🖖😊

I have done all of the things you suggest at different times; different occasions call for different remedies!🤣🤣🤣 if you add embossing powder to an image that you are going to paper piece, it makes the pieces more difficult to attach neatly at the edges, where there is a slightly raised surface due to the embossing!

She gorgeous. I have new scissors so maybe I'll try a little paper piecing. I think it might work better for me than my alcohol ink work. I hate when they bleed. Love your solution for your little faux pas. All's well that ends well, isn't it? Holiday today in the states. I have a little procedure/test tomorrow morning that I keep telling myself will turn out well but I think I'm not really fooling my brain. So glad I was able to get an appointment just a week after they told me I needed it so I can only make myself a little crazy.

Marvellous darling just Marvellous. 😂 I have that stamp and have never used it, l might have to get it out now and have a play, especially as l now have a sentiment to use with it 😂😂 I've got those dots on my work sometimes and have realised, it's when you take the top of, as you said these uhoho pens are very juicy. Back to the decorating, it's taking ages as l have to keep stopping and having a rest because of my Arthritis. Good excuse anyway 😂😂
