We are all blessed, that Higher Powers watched over you and kept you on this earth. Alas, after last year, and the entertainment industries taking such a hard hit, I can understand John having to work so hard. Take care of yourself, be patient with the healing. The neck is a royal pain to heal. Walking that path a head of you. If you can at home, sleeping in a recliner, is best for the neck.

Just waiting for a hospital appointment, doctor says I need an ultrasound scan on my leg so when that is all over I’ll be back camping again, I owe Amok about a thousand videos hahah. No idea about John he hasn’t spoken to me in two months. All the best

He's a weird one is John, never give up your mates or your hobbies for a woman. I can write that as the missus don't read on here pmsl. A good woman wouldnt expect you to, that's the thing we all need our hobbies and interests no matter how much you love someone. Key to 45 years of happy marriage. Well done Tim, had a few of those myself, be lucky as they say. Wait until you're an old boy, then you'll feel those knocks, believe me. I got T-boned on my BSA 650 Star, pushed my knee clean through the petrol tank, took the end of my thumb off, smashed my helmet into bits. Lucky to be alive, and now I ache 😂 I hit a lorry head on, Husqvarna 400 Cross, I went through the screen and ended up sitting next to the driver! He stuck the bike in the back and drove me straight to hospital - I had a queue of nurses looking at my todger because I'd hit it on the boss as I travelled past! I ricked my neck. Bruised from head to toe. They were the two worst, now I'm in my mid sixties, it all hurts especially my neck, back, and legs. Get a sports car! Hi Tim. I'm so pleased to hear you're recovering from your bike accident. Have you managed to "get back on the horse" yet? I'm also a biker...I wonder if the connection between camping and biking is a love of the outdoors. I'm a disabled camper, who's desperate to start wild camping, particularly in Scotland (and beyond my back garden lol). I've been gathering lighter weight gear, more suited to wild camping, but I don't know where to start, seeing as most wild camps involve walking to your pitch, and I have to use a wheelchair. If you can point me in the right kind of direction, either hammock or tent/tarp camping, I would be so grateful. I couldn't find an email address to be able to write to you, or in case you are able to help/advise at all. I'll keep an eye on here in case you are able to reply. Many thanks Claire

The only thing that took any road rash apart from the bike was my tobacco pipe, it was in my coat pocket and tore right through the material and got chewed on by the gravel . All the best
At least you landed on something soft :O happens to all of us mate. Finally got the parts for my dirtbike after 3 months wait, time for a boot around the park. These short videos are great, perhaps you could start a #shorts series, we would all be glad to hear from you. I get knocked down, but I get up again, You are never gonna keep me down.

I've seen Jon few times recently on my travels, But not with his camping gear. So He's still around.. Fingers crossed you both get out camping together soon.

Yes Lilly it has been a rough year with injuries and things, thank you so much for your kind words and continued support it means a lot. Nichola is healing up well her foot was purple at one point, we are going to try our camping trip again this weekend I think. All the best to you

you take it eases dude you was lucky i ended up 3 half months in a hospital bed after motorcycle crash front folks broke, u take it easy and look after your self and stay safe , shame about friends but gotta make ends meat, your always be there for each other its what bros do :) i like that hammock but not sure knowing me ill fall out off it some how hahahaa

Recovering well thanks just waiting to get the results from my ultrasound scan, when I have the all clear from them and I know I’m not missing parts of my leg muscle I will be back out
