Microwaves can definetely cause cancer per se, but they don't leak out from your average microwave oven, unless it's seriously broken, in which case you shouldn't use it in the first place. Other than that, you are way more likely to get cancer from normal sun exposure, aka just going outside, not even necessarily on sunny days, and cooking meat, even traditionally. In fact, grilling meat is way more dangerous that microwaving it. Remember to take your tinfoil hat on the way out.

Im more or less surprised he's using the microwave for the most amount of radition to his balls. Yet he had an X-Ray device right there which produces more radition then your microwave oven. Taken from the episode: medicinal Fried chicken (2010) From season 14 of South Park (1997-present) This episode originally Aired on March 31st 2010 on Comedy Central. in this one, Cartman's favorite restaurant (Which is KFC) has been shut down and replaced by a store that sells medicinal marijuana. Randy is desperate to get a prescription card to Buy pot and Cartman will do anything to get his beloved fried chicken back! (P.S. Cancer is very bad, so don't be a fool and try to give yourself cancer!) South Park (1997-present) a comedy central original series since 1997!
