Some tracks on the mixtape were originally gonna be on the HOPE album, but he released them as part of the mixtape instead. I’m fully convinced this is likely one of the songs originally for HOPE. The theme and messaging of the song is very much in the vein of HOPE.

This song 🎶 is so great live, all his music 🎶 his great live! The Mixtape is 🔥 I agree with another comment, he dropped it during the shutdown but think it easily could of been on The Hope album! Think if Covid didn’t happen The Hope album would’ve been a mix between The Mixtape tape and The Hope album! NF is my favorite artist! Not a huge fan of the song to be honest . Weakest track on the mixtape, though there are no weak tracks lol. Not a fan of the chorus I guess
