Yes, but some people don’t feel comfortable adding onions to Dahi…hence I suggest adding slightly cooked veggies

I gained 15 kg after my baby's delivery. Don't sad just accept our body needs time. Aap paani jyada peo 4 litres tak fruits khao fiber wali chije khao carbs and fats ko bahut kam krdo suger ko no bol do aur thoda time nikalana hoga apko exercise ke liye aur 1 hour walk kro aap fit ho jaoge
