Hi friends, how are you? Today I offer you my recipe for watercress without lard. To have a soft dough I will use sparkling water and add an ingredient that will give a particular softness to the dough. Find out in the video!
Curiosity: did you know why it's called watercress? Its name comes from the field grass of the same name which is traditionally used for the filling. But in the versions that I propose in the video, I chose two different fillings: tomato and mozzarella, provola mushrooms and sausage. I also made slightly smaller watercress than the traditional ones
