I feel like these two would engage in a discussion about their respective ideologies before fighting one another. They attempted to do so with their respective protagonist at some point in SBR and MGR afterall. Plus, although the two are similar on a surface level, Valentine's beliefs about taking the first napkin and guaranteeing prosperity for his country is arguably at odds with Armstrong's. Armstrong is all about fighting for your own beliefs and making the US into a place where the strong thrive and everyone can fight their own wars. The two are both patriots. However, one has the end goal of eternal prosperity and peace in mind, but the other has freedom instead.

I really love this track The music and lyrics really summon what these corrupt politicians are about and their need to fight for justice and their country. The title justice for all references that both Armstrong and Funny fight the injustice that they think corrupt their country. The cover showcases the Funny Valentine's US Flag, and behind the flag is Armstrong and D4C the stand of Funny Valentine.

Basically valentine would need a million alternative version of himself to defeat this overpowered guy Since Best choice would be Basically this Funny valentine:l give up l am with your side Armstrong:yeah! Ending idea (bracing myself incase anyone want's to throw the obvious "fUnNi vAlEnTiNe wIn lOl" comments): Armstrong plants a kick into Valentine's stomach, then smacks him away with the back of his hand. As the president gets up, he wipes the blood off his lips and smiles, every action his foe had done was for naught so long as D4C still existed. Now, all he needed was to drag armstrong into another dimension and he would win! As fate would have it, Armstrong dove forward, allowing D4C to whisk him away to another dimension. However, the senator stopped hard before he could impact his alternate self, and instead turned to face both Valentines. The original Funny ordered his other to charge at Senator Armstrong, who simply evaded the tackle and ended up donutting the president with a glowing, red-hot hook to the stomach! As D4C left the dead Funny Valentine to transfer to the other, Armstrong quickly hurled the carcass of Funny at his alternate universe self! The impact not only gutted the alternate Funny, but ended up spearing D4C as well. As the president looked down, he could see the faintest of Merger Sponges begin to spill from his wound. All of a sudden, an unnatural force whisked him into the air as he screamed, apparently in throat-shredding agony! Multiple more Valentine's appeared out of no-where before flopping to the ground, lifeless as if spawned in Garry's Mod while the alternate Funny continued to break down into distorted Merger Sponges. Finally, when his body could no longer take it, Funny's entire body exploded into dozens of broken Merger Sponges. Armstrong looked down at the mess, then pushed his glasses back up before stomping on what remained of the merger sponges.
Well.... Yeah he kinda does win. All he has to do is pull another Armstrong from another universe then bam. Also, Funny Valentine's "Time Paradox" thingy where if people meet thier alternate versions are destroyed, Valentine is the only exception to that rule as we've seen before in the manga where numerous Funny Valentines were in the same area yet they didn't turn into sponges. Also, I don't see how on earth Armstrong is getting around Love Train. Johnny was able to bypass Love Train thanks to Tusk Act 4 being able to go through dimensions.
I know this not popular match up but would Solidus Snake be a appropriate theme opponent for Funny Valentine because Solidus was president at before and during MGS2 and wanted to change society by destroying the Patriots. Even though Valentine would slap Solidus easily thx to D4C but the fight would be between two actual presidents.
How battle can start, Armstrong need to find the saint corpse to get his Americans dream, to do that he uses his technology to bring Funny back to life and put a chip in his brain to control him, but when there scientist were going to do that they found that funny has in his hand the same scalpel that the scientist had, then both scalpers collide killing the scientist. Armstrong watch that behind the glass and Funny get up. Funny: so you are the guy who tried to take the holy corpse from my nation. The holy corpse talked to my about you. Armstrong: A fool cowbow would never understand. I have a dream, a dream where all Americans fight their own battle. Funny: My heart and actions are utterly unclouded. They are all those of 'Justice Funny breaks the glass and the fight starts. FIGTH!!!
