I'm gonna be really mad if when Justice League 2 comes out and they fight Darkseid people start saying that he is just a Thanos ripoff. If I remember correctly he was created before Thanos.
That's Steppenwolf guys! He is Darkseid's second in command and he is coming for the 3 motherboxes left by Darkseid on earth! He is voiced and motion captured by Ciaran Hinds (Mance Rayder from Game of Thrones)
"Maybe it's the power trying to come back on." That was absolutely hilarious. One of the best spontaneous comments I've ever heard in a reaction video.
OK, WE ALL KNOW SUPER MAN IS IN THIS MOVIE. THEY SHOWED SUPER MAN IN THE OTHER MOVIE IN HIS COFFIN *OR SHOULD I SAY THE TOP OF HIS COFFIN RUMBLING LIKE HE WAS GONNA FLY. PLEASE EXCUSE MY CAPS MY CAPS LOCK IS BROKEN.*
It's not gonna be superman in that scene. Alfred implies that Bruce suspected that they might show up, so unless Bruce knew Superman would come back to life (vet still buried him for some reason) there's no reason for Alfred to say this.
It's easy. There's two sonic boom sounds which caused the liquid to ripple. If you listen carefully, there's two sets of footsteps. The reflection of the Green Lantern in Alfred's glasses and the red cape in the bottom right hand corner. Superman and The Green Lantern shows up. They started out promoting "Unite The Seven" right? and after Alfred was done speaking, what do you read? "All In". The Justice League. All Seven are in.
I think the biggest hint in this about who the mystery hero is, is Batman talking to someone and the voice says "I don't recognize this world." Batman responds with "You don't have to recognize it. You just have to save it." To me, it seems like he is talking to a resurrected Superman that has lost his memory or a Green Lantern like Abin Sur.
Steppenwolf is Darkseids Uncle but he's also Darkseids leftenant - (I'm British). Steppenwolf usually gets sent ahead of the main inavasian army with a smaller amount of Darkseids forces.
villian's words; "No Lanterns, No Kryptonians." then at the end you see two thumps in the glass by Alfred. Possibilities are two Lantern Corp members, or Superman and whichever Green Lantern ends up joining the league. Maybe it's someone else entirely, that last scene could be the perfect red herring to throw at us to surprise us with someone new.
there was green in alfreds glasses... possible green lantern... and possible supergirl?..... and also that could be darkseids voice talking to steppenwolf that earth has no protectors (kryptonians or lanterns) so go conqour it.. and then when steppenwolf gets his ass handed to him at the end of the movie darkseid will look at the camera and say " fine my turn" like thanos lol
For me, could be Manhunter, cause even the previus music (in the glass scene) sound kinda spacial, and the red cape also. If not, a Lantern. Superman make no sense for me in this movie, he may be be at the end of it tho (after credit)
GolgoGaming Superman has more than 30 minutes of screentime and is a BIG part of JL. He's going to be in the movie not just after credits. And DC confirmed MM is not in the DCEU. His place is actually taken by Cyborg.
Look in alfreds glasses reflection, literally greenish circle light. Steppenwolf already confirmed lanterns being a thing, the second intergalactic assault on a planet like earth would warrant a lanterns appearance. Also, batman and green lantern had worked together first very briefly in jsutice league war where they fight all the mother cube things and darkseid shows up. Wouldnt be too far off to think bruce knows about the corps
Y'all probably have forgotten or something, but there were a photo of deathstroke flying around internet back then. Yes we saw a streak of red in that last scene, It could be sups, of course, but Alfred could also be talking to Deathstroke, since he also has a red color in his suit.
A Person With a Name it was reported even before bvs that it was going to be more light and that bvs was good to be really dark. Its basically zach znyders vision of superman's trilogy
What I loved was that it wasn't "No Green Lanterns", just "No Lanterns", leaving it wide open for the other colors to appear(and if there is ANY intelligence at WB/DC, they will cast Doug Jones as Saint Walker)
I say it's Supergirl at the end. When he says no Kryptonian and it shows a leg and flowing cape it doesn't look like Superman's leg. It looks thinner and more feminine.
I know it's a hologram, but it doesn't look like a hologram of Superman to me. If it's a hologram of Supergirl when Alfred says "he said you would come" that makes sense.
ineone I just hope it's not super girl I don't want the justice league to turn into the avengers by having way too many characters they have 7 people with superman and green lantern I think that's already a lot
Batman was looking at a hologram of Supergirl earlier in the movie. Chances are Alfred is talking to her, considering they emphasized the ripples in the drink. A Robin would be able to just enter the cave, and Martian Manhunter would be able to just go through the walls. Also, a Green Lantern would have been glowing. Chances are it's Supergirl.
Steppenwolf is played by The king beyond the wall from Game of Thrones FYI. lol. He's going to the light the biggest fire the multiverse has ever seen!
You're right it's Stephenwolf. He is Darkseid's First Luitenant. It makes sense. Darkseid sees Earth as a threat to his Galactic Conquest, but not enough of a threat for him to take care of it himself. So he probably had Stephenwolf take care of it while he's busy either destroying or conquering civilizations.
Surprised Eric didn't pick up on the remixed Man of Steel theme music playing in the trailer (starting around 3:42 in this video) Sigh...y'all need a DC fanboy to join you, to explain this stuff for you guys...
Notice how in the end Alfred's words are said in a way that it could be directed to more than one person. My personal guess is that it's both Green Lantern and Superman. Also, go and watch the clip with the airship flying and falling and notice the green glow, one in front of said ship and in another scene it moved to the wing. ;)
1. The enemy is Steppenwolf ( He is the general of Darkseid) 2. You can see Supergirl 2:22 . 3. Im pretty sure its green lantern at the end because you can see a little green light in the reflection of Alfred glasses.
It could be Allan scott the green lantern who fought Steppenwolf in the comics. This would actually make sense! The red cape could be falsely colored. Allan Scott is a lantern who wears a cape :)
Who’s here watching this in 2020 and I’m watching this and like wow this movie could’ve been great but you know I’m glad we are finally getting the Snyder cut
I would say the enemy is Ares. Just based on the armour, the fact Wonder Women seems to recognise him, and where he appears. Wonder Women works with God's a lot. Ares being a kind of arch-ish enemy.
whoever Alfred is talking to at the end of the trailer could be Shazam if they are trying to introduce more characters that would be close to superman in power.
This is looking really good, can't wait for it. I'm really excited for Ezra Miller, he's a great actor and he looks good as The Flash. Good reaction guys. 😊
At the end, it's one of 2 people Alfred is talking to. Kal El or Hal Jordan/John Stewart. It's most likely to be Kal El tho. They could be saving Green Lantern for the final moments of the final battle of the movie. If not, he'll be in JLA Part 2 along with an imprisoned Martian Manhunter. Stephenwolf already had run in's with an Honor Guard before because he said "No Lanterns" in this trailer.
Steppenwolf is one of darkseids top men. He's usually sent to conquer wields for darkseid. In the event of his failure, darkseid will usually retaliate by coming with another army
kian Duivenbooden yes ofcourse this may be happening who knows what big surprise DC has packed for us so glad that they didn't spoil anything big in trailers as they did in BvS Dawn of justice
I think I may have one of the best clues to who Alfred might be talking to near the end of this Trailer. Everyone has been looking at the reflection of light on Alfred glasses. A better place to look is on the glass of Bourbon on Alfred's desk....3:53 - 3:55. You clearly see a figure walking towards Alfred. I don't see the Lantern light in the reflection on the glass. Alfred might be talking to Superman. The light reflecting on Alfred glasses my just be his office lights.
All the reactions and idk if one person has caught the fact that Alfred emphasizes "Hope" which yes signals that it is Superman, but also his family crest literally stands for Hope!
No Protectors = Batman wonder woman flash aquaman cyborg are there No Kryptonian = Superman will be there No Lanterns = Green lantern will be there to complete the whole sentence
I think at the end 'He said you'd come' ..it is Green Lantern. (could be wrong, but maybe they're hints: The DC Logo beginning , and Justice League Title at the end they are both..GREEN... But if it's Superman,.. No problem with me :-)
That shell casing shot is cool. It ties in with the beginning of BvS where there's a similar shot after Bruce's parents are killed and the end of BvS where there's a shot like that during the 21 gun salute to Superman.
anybody else notice supergirl at 2:20 to 2:23, he did say no kryptonians.... meaning that he is referring to super girl and superman. its not super man cuz he dosent wear boots and a little skirt....
So I have a JL theory... Why would Bruce be looking at a hologram of a strangely shaped Superman? Mourning? Or maybe another kryptonian revealed herself... Supergirl was set up in the DCEU before MoS was even out. "He knew you'd come" how would Bruce know Superman would come back to life? He wouldn't. However, what if he tried recruiting her in the past and she refused, but knew she'd do the right thing and show up
Dammit!!!!! You guys were one of the very few reactors that didn't talk over the part where they said "no lanterns, no kryptonians" and you still didn't hear it! Aaaaaaahhhh!!!!!
Quick question: Have you guys ever been involved with the collider crew or the Schmoes? It seems like every film group youtube has been involved with them.
I love CW flash, but i love the cinema Flash more already and we havnt met him yet. Now that Flashpoint standalone was revealed at CC, i am looking forwards to seeing justice league, i think though that Superman as we know is coming, but...i think Lantern will make a showing at the end or in Justice league 2. Winners in justice league will be aquaman and flash 100%
I'm glad to see Themyscira get some more screen time... but I am also worried that they might crater the island for the sake of heightening the stakes and making this fight personal to Diana.
The Flash's CGI looks better than it did this time last year when they showed the first JL Comic Con sneak peak but I still wish it was yellow or blue lightning. Every time I see this Flash's lightning I think of Zoom.
Really wish they'd not rushed the death of superman arc. This should have way more emotion attached to it rather than just saying 'the world has lost hope'. Oh, and while it'd never happen I'd love that splash of red at the end to belong to Kara...
in the flash (the show) when reverse is near water floats or like goes up in Batman vs Superman at the end the dirt starts to float maybe the flash in this movie goes back in time to save him
