Mr. Bobde’s tenure, justice system was very pathetic and disappointing

Judges should reflect the social and cultural preferences of the people as to their humanity and values and reject them if they are extreme. In any case, the best judge of law and order norms and judges are the people or their elected representatives in Parliament. Where's the Democracy or the Humanity in a self-righteous Judiciary? There is political correctness, maybe merit but definitely nepotism of the beholder.

For an honest judge to be the chief justice of India is the most prestigious and honorable post! An honest CJI is neither afraid of scrutiny nor criticism. Last 10 years, judges’ delivery of justices are not at all appealing to the ordinary citizens. It looks in the eyes of ordinary people, verdict is dictated from executive office

महोदय जब मै नोकरी करता था तो income tax देता था। जैसा कि लाला ( यहा लाला को private employee का employer समझा जाय) का संविधान कहता है कि अगर आपको 10/- रूपये मिल रहा है तो आपको 15/-रूपये का काम करना होगा। समय बितता गया। शरीर कमजोर होता गया। लाला जी को लगा 10 रूपये के बदले काम भी 10 का ही निकल रहा है। एक दिन लाला जी ने नमस्ते बोल दिया। आ गये अपन सिधे सड़क पर। याद आया सालो से EPF. देवता को हर महिने चढावा चढा रहा था उन्होने कहा था कि पेन्शन प्रसाद मिलेगा। गया EPF मंदिर मे, वो देवता ही क्या जो एक बार मे सुन ले, खुब चक्कर लगाए तब वो माने कि तुमने 20 साल तक लगातार चढावा चढाया है हम पेन्शन प्रसाद मे 1800/- रूपए देगे। बहुत निराश हुए कि अब कैसे चलेगा। फिर एक दिन गेरुए वस्त्र पहने एक संत मिले हमारी व्यथा सुनकर बोले वत्स तुम्हारे जैसे गरीबो के वास्ते मोदी जी ने अवतार लिया है उनकी स्तुति करो वो तुम्हे मुफ्त राशन देगे, आयुष्मान कार्ड मिलेगा , किसान सम्मान निधि मिलेगी। हम जतन मे लग गये आयुष्मान वालो ने कहा पहले मुफ्त अनाज के लिए राशन कार्ड बनवाओ । राशनकार्ड वालो ने कागज पत्र देखे बोले तुम तो income tax payee हो । हमने कहा जब income थी तब tax देते थे अब केवल 1800/ की income मे क्या नहाए क्या निचोड़े। वो नही माने लेकिन सम्मान निधि से 2000/- आ गये, तीन किस्त के बाद वहा से भी फरमान आ गया तुम income tax payee हो । अब लग रहा है देश बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बन रहा है। 9958996512
