महोदय जब मै नोकरी करता था तो income tax देता था। जैसा कि लाला ( यहा लाला को private employee का employer समझा जाय) का संविधान कहता है कि अगर आपको 10/- रूपये मिल रहा है तो आपको 15/-रूपये का काम करना होगा। समय बितता गया। शरीर कमजोर होता गया। लाला जी को लगा 10 रूपये के बदले काम भी 10 का ही निकल रहा है। एक दिन लाला जी ने नमस्ते बोल दिया। आ गये अपन सिधे सड़क पर। याद आया सालो से EPF. देवता को हर महिने चढावा चढा रहा था उन्होने कहा था कि पेन्शन प्रसाद मिलेगा। गया EPF मंदिर मे, वो देवता ही क्या जो एक बार मे सुन ले, खुब चक्कर लगाए तब वो माने कि तुमने 20 साल तक लगातार चढावा चढाया है हम पेन्शन प्रसाद मे 1800/- रूपए देगे। बहुत निराश हुए कि अब कैसे चलेगा। फिर एक दिन गेरुए वस्त्र पहने एक संत मिले हमारी व्यथा सुनकर बोले वत्स तुम्हारे जैसे गरीबो के वास्ते मोदी जी ने अवतार लिया है उनकी स्तुति करो वो तुम्हे मुफ्त राशन देगे, आयुष्मान कार्ड मिलेगा , किसान सम्मान निधि मिलेगी। हम जतन मे लग गये आयुष्मान वालो ने कहा पहले मुफ्त अनाज के लिए राशन कार्ड बनवाओ । राशनकार्ड वालो ने कागज पत्र देखे बोले तुम तो income tax payee हो । हमने कहा जब income थी तब tax देते थे अब केवल 1800/ की income मे क्या नहाए क्या निचोड़े। वो नही माने लेकिन सम्मान निधि से 2000/- आ गये, तीन किस्त के बाद वहा से भी फरमान आ गया तुम income tax payee हो । अब लग रहा है देश बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बन रहा है। 9958996512

President of India should have revoked temporarily authorizations granted in favor of Supreme Court to deal with British colonial judiciary.people are denial of access to justice enfringement of rights of people victims in 5crore cases backlog exposed inability of judges chief Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar now retired and Justice Dy.Chandra chur now chief Justice in PIL N0 224 0f 2017 0n 10.07.2017. Judiciary is the biggest subverters of constitution of India. There is no provision in constitution for Collegium system. How can they ask citizens to follow constitution if they themself don’t. Tomorrow why can’t even politicians say they will select themselves without voters?Judiciary has done a coup of constitution of India by running/enforcing thier own mafia system. They kind of feel Indian tax payers and voters are fools? Because judiciary’s foundations in India is unconstitutional they are forced to build favourable agency in society by being subversive of justice logics by being soft on criminals like Islamists, terrorists, leftists, naxals, corrupt politicians etc instead of the victims and thus attempting to build a minority following. For eg current CJI is a product of nepotistic Collegium system, so he will pretend to be woke/leftist for having a group supporting him - he knows no sensible tax payer can support his legitimacy.

@@shishirsks it is the failure of the central government to increase the recourse of the courts so more cases can be disposed off in a timely manner. What is the law minister doing? Don't blame the court blame the government as it doesn't think its important to increase the capacity in our judiciary.

@@devdevan9091 Let me disagree with your argument and aritcuate my thoughts. The Judge filling rate has fluctuated throughout the different governments but can you honeslty think of a time in history when the judiciary was of use to the common man ever? Do you know, during the term of Justice Bobde, for 18 months, no judges were appointed because the collegium couldn't come to an agreement. So, its not always the government causing the delay. In a developed country if someone has encroached your land, a common man can actually go to court and get justice in time. Just Imagine, if this happens to you now at your land, do you think you would be able to do the same in Indian courts? The issue is not with the appointment, but the very process. That's why I am requesting you to actually try a case in court and see the scam of red tapism in real. There is no respect for a common man. They will call ten times and keep post-ponding the case and you have to physically travel to the court everytime. Why can't they just give a digital intimation when they want to try the case? Do you know how much time the judges waste time in writing lenghty useless judgements. It typically ranges for 500-1000 pages and they take days for writing it. Why can't you communicate in a simple language and save the time and try more cases. Do you know how much time they waste in postponing a case every morning? That is just bad calendar scheduling! Do you know how much time they spend in Identifying, discussing, selecting and voting on new judges when that shouldn't even be their job. They do all the useless work instead of actually judging and hence the humongous backlog. If you are very rich or an activist or a government then you will have the wherewithall to access Indian courts, for a common man, This system is all just a scam!

Indian Judiciary follows a collegium system where they own all the power without oversight, accountability and transparency. They can do whatever they want, you and me have no way to hold them accountable.
