I can tell by his posture as soon as the video came on before she even said anything as a DV survivor this hits home I'm glad she has people who noticed and cared thank u judge for not ignoring this cry she was so brave to do it
That man is a monster. God bless the friend, and I'm happy that, the wife's eyes have opened. When she said the divorce is the next step, my heart soared. Being a relationship abuse survivor myself, I am happy for her awakening.
Well! that sure backfired on him he brought her to court in an attempt of control so that he could also hurt her best friend and really have her under his thumb. but all that really happened was she felt safe cuz she was in that courtroom being validated and heard and believed and she exposed him AND left him and didn't even have to worry about her safety

I love how Judge Mablean Ephriam saw right through the abusive husband's façade & denied his request for reimbursement for a broken table that his wife's best friend accidentally broken trying to get it out of his home so that they can move in a new apartment.

I have never experienced domestic violence in my life, thank God. I can only imagine what it is like to live with someone who hits you and then says they love you. How sick and twisted is that? I hope this young lady continues with her plans of divorcing this psycho and living without pain and fear. If she goes back to him, he will put her in the hospital or the morgue. The look in his eyes was rage. It made my blood run cold. Hugs to her friend for being there for her. In a time of disaster, she needs a great friend like the defendant.
