"I don't usually plan on being alive the day after my fight" to end the interview like this it shows how much these warriors actually sacrifice for the fans and for themselves. This was deep. EDIT: how about now ? was it just for promoting the fight ? jesus that fight was legendary.
This is why I love this sport. That's one of the coldest most incredible lines I've ever heard, and it wasn't scripted. This is a real guy talking about his real life. It's amazing. Only huge problem for me is they aren't getting paid enough for the revenue they generate and what they sacrifice. Hopefully that gets better.
@@locrianphyrigian3779 very well made point. It actually sickens me to imagine a guy like Justin who brings it every time and will almost certainly end up with CTE not making nearly as much money as he should be because Dana White wants to blow 500k on a blackjack hand
@@locrianphyrigian3779they should’ve all went to boxing and would’ve made a lot more money. The best part of mma is the boxing not rolling around on the ground
Thats a dope line...only ddp had a more intense line ..when he said he has to be willing to die ..but also willing to take a life ..and he also said ..before every fight he says his goodbyes
I Love Justin For what an awesome of a man he has become. Such down to earth Guy. And then the fun side to him..Killer punches and brutal kicks😢 Much love❤ from India🇮🇳
That ending quite was very deeply intense with meaning about one can see inside this warriors mindset when it comes to combat, this is the meaning at all cause I'm here to take it no matter what and I hope to see you tomorrow 💯
@@SatoshiShintoMewhat? How does this even make sense? What is he coping? Justin only loses to champions and Poirier another gatekeeper of the division lol but like…what are you talking about LMAO
Man, Justin vs Max is just one of those fights that regardless of what the outcome is it's going to be bittersweet. Max is a legend, and the chance Justin takes another legends soul would forever cement him as the most brutal soulstealer in MMA. But seeing Justin lose his title aspirations after the wars he's given us would be crushing. But Max having the opportunity to become a 2 division champ would be an amazing storyline. Good luck to both warriors.
Justin bro much love from India, you know ur cap is so cool it looks.like u r wearing a sunglasses too nicely handling ur stuff man. I hope u win but fair play I'm a fan of Holloway too
I love Justin and Max, both respectful warriors that always put on an exciting match. May the best man win, but I’m certain the fans will be winners too!
Kind of put it in respective when Justin said,I don't really plan on beaing alive day after my fights.so show you the mindset these warriors put themselves through.
I used say it's gonna be a sad day when these fighters like Silva, Jones, Chuck, Rampage, Hendo, etc decide to hang em up... Each fighter I just mentioned headlined massive PPV cards over the span of many years, brought something very special and unique to the table, and also held a belt at one point. That said, none of those guys or anyone else I can think of has consistently brought the type of fire, excitement, skilled violence, durability, courage, controlled chaos (sometimes)🤣 BUT at the same time bringing humility and genuine courtesy from the start of his UFC career, maintained all of that with no asterisk on his name, and never changed. This guy is a fuckin American icon in my book!
Huge McGregor fan, but I’m glad he’s not on here because this card is so special because it’s so stacked. It does not matter what the order is. Alex and Jamal could be on the prelims. I do not care. Every fight is insane. There has never been a card like this not even close. If McGregor was on here, the card probably would not be as good.
I don’t have a winner in this fight because EVERYONE HAS WON. The ufc won, the fighters won, THE PEOPLE HAVE WON. Thank you Justin and max. This will be one of the most legendary fights in the sport.
Huge respect to Gaethje for citing Tony Ferguson as a future hall of famer, I really hope it happens because he earned it. Anyone who knows MMA cannot dismiss Ferg's 12-win streak in the most competitive division.
@@KruelKingmax isn’t fucking tony lil bro. Tony got dropped in how many fights during his win streak? Max has been dropped how many times in his worst losses? You’re tweaking if the guy who couldn’t ko chinny chandler walking him down hands by his waste, is koing max.
@@KruelKing Max is only 32 not 36 like Tony was when he fought Justin and different styles. I don't see Max going out like Tony although it might go similar to his 2nd fight with Dustin
@@justinwright1745I’m sure you said Volk was gonna beat Topuria and that Izzy had no chance. What about Aljo vs O’Malley? Pena vs Nunes? I bet on all of them and won BUT I never say there in comment sections so confident the way you are right now lol it’s MMA literally ANYTHING can happen. On paper, Max loses this. Could he be an upset? Yes.
@@justinwright1745each fight is different. Dustin has a better chin than Chandler and Gaethje toasted his oats. You never know what could happen. Volk wasn’t KO’d and dude just got melted 2x in a row. Quit being so confident and trash talking because if Max loses, you’re gonna get shredded in comments lmaoooooo
@@MavDillain😅you're gonna be ignoring all the notifications after the fight. It's obvious what's going to happen, max is gonna take one of the worst beatings of all time.
@@seldom_bucketjust say you don't understand fights at all. Justin has bad cardio and doesn't deal with combination punching well. Max by TKO in round 4.
After seeing how Fiziev outboxed him for the first 2 rounds, it's hard to root against Holloway but in the words of the great Khabib " Justin hits like a truck ".
$100,000 back during ufc 100 with inflation is like $200,000-$300,000 and ufc is 10x bigger then it was back then so should be $500,000 thats how you get the top fighters around the world to leave boxing and come fight a real fight you gotta raise the fighter pay if you want the best of the best.
He got in trouble for that easy to see “ he can make as much as he wants , these are the guys pulling the numbers the boxing top guys get . It’s the 100 fighters underneath that’s a total loss .
5:05 “Dustin” lol. I get it mistakes happen. I do feel like we need to improve the quality of these questions and/or expand the UFC credentials to quality reporters. Imagine dealing with this, cutting weight and planning to kill a man who’s echoing the same intent lol.
Clearly, put your money on Holloway. Have you noticed how contorted in pain he sits on the chair? I suspect painful hip, knee or ankle problems. Max makes a better impression.
