Yeast dough filled with raisins, cinnamon and sugar - this is the "Kärntner Reindling". But anyone who thinks that it is a sweet dessert will be surprised. This Austrian dish is traditionally served with a hearty soup or eaten with juicy ham at Easter. The Reindling gets its name from the "Reindl", the pot in which it is baked.
