Her rendition of this song is so beautiful 💜 A town in north Ontario is Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada Neil Young was raised in my hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada He is buddies with Randy Bachman who is also from Winnipeg and played in both the Guess Who and Bachman Turner Overdrive. Randy Bachman wrote a so ng called Prairie Town where both Neil and Randy played on. I got to see Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young a number of years ago and it was a great show.

You seem to imply that Helpless was a reworking of Knock Knock Knocking on Heaven's Door, just with different words but Helpless was written by Neil Young in 1970 and recorded that same year, whereas Knock Knock Knocking on Heaven's Door was a Dylan song first recorded in 1973. Seems possible that the Dylan song was a reworking of Helpless, not the other way around.
