Feedback from you guys has requested some feedback on these coilovers, so i will gladly do so - Keep in mind that K-Sport Coilovers are not the only brand that you can buy, and other brands can have different results! Enjoy!
What you said at 3:47 "The coilovers don't do that".. Does that mean coilovers are supposed to be more comfortable than the stock suspension? I am asking because when I switched to coilovers, running over bumps and potholes sounded a lot more painful even at the softest dampening because of the springs' stiffness. I'm also using the Street Series of K-Sport.
Not comfortable, that’s not the word I used nor intended, the transfer of the road is pushed through the car, where as the standard r36 kinda ‘crashed’ over the bumps. The ride is firmer (if you dial it to hard) but it’s controlled firm. The feeling of the standard setup seems like softish springs with over valves shocks - just my opinion
@@ThatCarChannelOfficial Thanks for the clarification. I just got worried that something might be wrong with the set I have. When I run through bumps or potholes, it feels like something in the car will break which I never felt with the stock suspension.
I guess if you raised them? There adjustable so it would depend on the brand of your coil overs - I would imagine you could replicate the OEM height just fine
Good question. I'm about to buy one too for around 15K. 2 I am looking - 1 has 200'kms with timing chain and rear main seal replaced, other has had engine rebuild at 200 sitting at 220kms currently. Neither are blue which is the ideal. There is one on fbm with 111'kms currently going for 20K but has been advertised for over 6 weeks. What did you end up getting?
